Abstract

The frame has external completion parts (1) defining a longitudinal groove (11) to support a bearing base of a pattern. Interior reinforcement parts (2) define another longitudinal groove to support complementary elements. Assembling units assemble axially gold-filled protuberances (31, 32), and are provided on underside of the external parts, which are encased by blocking with a pin. Mounting units (4) mount unidirectional tabs (41) on the underside of the external parts and a modeling-hook (42) on underside of the interior parts, between the parts, by pressing. The pattern is exposed by occupying one of faces of a support.

Framework for visual communication, decoration or similar support.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The object of the invention relates to a support frame used in informational, advertising or decorative panels; for example (and among others) signs of commercial establishments, points of sale, exhibitors or light masks and the like.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the current state of the art frames of various types and for various applications are known. The known frames, which are constituted in supports for different objects with different purposes have constructive and functional limitations that restrict their use to the specific applications for which they were initially conceived: for example, frames that support visual communication cannot generally be reused for other uses; and frames that support informational or signaling panels generally cannot be illuminated.

In addition, these types of frames existing in known technology are excessively complex / expensive to build, and cannot be modulated.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The support frame, according to the invention, simultaneously solves both the complexity problems of the known frames and the constructive difficulties of these. It has modular structuring, consisting of a minimum number of basic parts that are repeated as needed and assembled together (without any additional elements and without tools) to configure support frames of any geometry or dimensions. It is characterized because it consists of:

 outer finishing pieces, which define at least one longitudinal groove to hold the carrier base of the motif to be exposed occupying one or both sides of the support;

-

 inner reinforcing parts, which define at least one longitudinal groove to hold complementary elements;

-

 means for assembling one or more outer parts in continuity; said means being pairs of axially perforated protuberances provided on the back of the outer parts and which fit together blocking with a pin inserted in their opposite holes; Y

-

 means for assembling the outer and inner parts together; said means being pairs of unidirectional fingernails on the back of the outer pieces and hook-shaped shapes on the back of the inner pieces, or vice versa, which fit together by clipping.

Starting from this basic conception, it is indistinct and accessory for the purposes of the invention, and any frame configuration obtained is included in the object thereof.

In particular, it is included in the object of the invention that at least one of said outer parts has a straight configuration defining a flat surface and that at least one of said outer parts has a curved configuration defining an arc surface. The combined use of these pieces will lead to the configuration of different frames, as needed.

It is also included in the object of the invention that said outer parts define longitudinal grooves in symmetrical arrangement (to hold two bases carrying the motif to be exposed occupying both sides of the support).

It is also included in the object of the invention that, interchangeably, said interior parts have a longitudinal groove (to hold a complementary element occupying the interior of the support) or that have several longitudinal grooves (to hold several complementary elements occupying the interior of the support).

Additionally, it is also included in the object of the invention to optionally provide covers in continuity with said interior parts and clipped on the back of the exterior parts having a curved surface. For this clipping said covers define pairs of conformations (for example, hook-shaped conformations similar to those described for the inner parts) that are clipated in the unidirectional fingernails of the outer parts that have a curved configuration.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

To better understand the object of the present invention, a preferred form of practical embodiment is shown in the drawings, susceptible to accessory changes that do not detract from its foundation.

Figure 1 represents a schematic general view of a support frame according to the invention, in which its basic component elements have been represented: exterior parts (1) and interior parts (2).

Figure 2 represents a schematic partial view, with an inner part (2) provided with a centered longitudinal groove (21a).

Figure 3 represents a partial view similar to the previous figure, where the inner part (2) has an alternative configuration, also with several offset longitudinal grooves (21b), (21c), (21d).

Figure 4a represents a partial view of a joint between two outer pieces (1) of flat configuration.

Figure 4b represents a partial view of a joint between two outer parts (1): one of flat configuration (1a) and another of curved configuration (1b).

In this embodiment, optionally, a cover can be included in continuity with said interior parts (2) occupying the curve zones (1b).

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

An example of practical, non-limiting embodiment of the present invention is described below. Other embodiments in which accessory changes are introduced that do not distort its foundation are not ruled out at all.

The object of the invention is a new support frame used in informative, advertising, decorative and similar panels.

In accordance with the invention, the recommended support frame consists of:

-

 outer parts (1) of finishing;

-

 inner pieces (2) of reinforcement;

-

 means (3) for assembling in continuity one or more outer parts (1); Y

-

 means (4) for mounting the outer parts (1) and the inner parts (2) together.

According to the embodiment shown, said exterior finishing pieces (1) define at least one longitudinal groove (11) to hold the carrier base of the motif to be exposed occupying one of the faces of the support. It is included in the object of the invention that these outer parts (1) define longitudinal grooves paths (11) in symmetrical arrangement, to hold two bases carrying the motif to be exposed occupying both sides of the support.

At least one of these outer parts (1) has a straight configuration defining a flat surface (1a) and at least one of the aforementioned outer parts (1) has a curved configuration area defining a central arched surface (1b) escorted by two small straight sections that correspond to the zones of union to adjacent outer parts (1), to facilitate the arrangement and use of the means of assembly (3) and assembly (4). The combined use of these parts (1) with flat outer surface (1a) and with curved outer surface (1b) will lead to the configuration of different frames, as needed; for example:

-

using exclusively four pieces (1) with curved surface (1b) a frame is obtained to hold circular or quasi-circular carrier bases;

-

using four pieces (1) with curved surface (1b) in combination with four pieces (1) with flat surface (1a), frames are obtained to hold square carrier bases of rounded edges or vertices;

-

using four pieces (1) with curved surface (1b) in combination with more than four pieces (1) with flat surface (1a) (eight or more, and always an even number) frames are obtained to hold rectangular carrier bases of edges or rounded vertices; Y

-

using other combinations of parts (1) with flat surface (1a) and / or with curved surface (1b) different frame-support geometries are obtained, which can be of closed configuration or open configuration, without altering the essence of the invention.

According to the embodiment shown, said inner reinforcing parts (2) define at least one longitudinal groove to hold complementary elements occupying the interior of the support.

In the embodiment of Figure 2, the interior parts (2) are single piece profiles that define a centered longitudinal groove (21a) to hold a complementary element (for example, a spot of light) occupying the interior of the support.

In the embodiment of Figure 3, the interior parts are single-piece profiles that further define several 5 offset off-center grooves (21b), (21c), (21d) to hold different complementary elements (e.g., light points, interior panels, second fabric, etc.) occupying the inside of the support.

In any of the embodiments, said means (3) for continuously assembling one or more outer parts (1) are pairs of protuberances (31), (32), axially perforated and provided on the back of the outer parts (1) , which fit together by locking with a pin (33) inserted in their opposite holes.

In any of the embodiments, said means (4) for mounting the outer pieces (1) and the inner pieces (2) together are pairs of unidirectional tabs (41) on the back of the outer pieces (1) and conformations-hook (42) on the back of the interior pieces (2), or vice versa, which fit together by clipping.

From this basic conception, any embodiments that do not alter, change or modify the proposed essentiality are included in the object of the invention; for example, arrange additional covers in

15 continuity with the aforementioned interior parts (2) and clipped on the back of the exterior parts (1) that have a curved surface (1b), occupying the interior face of said curved areas (1b) to give continuity with said interior parts (2) in these curve zones (1b).

The materials, dimensions, proportions and, in general, those other accessory or secondary details that do not alter, change or modify the proposed essentiality may be variable.

Claims (8)

1.- Framework for visual communication, decoration or similar support; characterized in that it consists of:

-

 outer parts (1) of finishing, which define at least one longitudinal groove (11) to hold the carrier base of the motif to be exposed occupying at least one of the faces of the support;

-

 inner pieces (2) of reinforcement, which define at least one longitudinal groove to hold complementary elements;

-

 means (3) for assembling in continuity one or more outer parts (1); said means (3) being pairs of protuberances (31), (32), axially perforated and provided on the back of the outer parts (1), which fit together blocking with a pin (33) inserted in their opposite holes; Y

-

 means (4) for mounting the outer parts (1) and the inner parts (2) together; said means (4) being pairs of unidirectional fingernails (41) on the back of the outer pieces (1) and hook-shaped shapes (42) on the back of the inner pieces (2), which fit into those by clipping.

Framework for visual communication, decoration or similar support, according to claim 1; characterized in that at least one of said outer parts (1) has a straight configuration defining a flat outer surface (1a). 3. Framework for visual communication, decoration or similar support, according to claim 1; characterized in that at least one of said outer parts (1) has a curved configuration defining an outer arc surface (1b). 4. Framework for visual communication, decoration or similar support, according to claim 1; characterized in that said outer parts (1) define longitudinal grooves (11) in symmetrical arrangement, to hold two bases carrying the motif to be exposed occupying both sides of the support. 5. Framework for visual communication, decoration or similar support, according to claim 1; characterized in that said interior parts (2) have a longitudinal center groove (21a) to hold a complementary element occupying the interior of the support. 6. Framework for visual communication, decoration or similar support, according to claim 1; characterized in that said interior parts (2) have several longitudinal grooves (21a), (21b), (21c), (21d) to hold several complementary elements occupying the interior of the support. 7. Framework for visual communication, decoration or similar support, according to one of the preceding claims; characterized in that, additionally, in the aforementioned exterior parts (1) which have an arc surface (1b), there are covers in continuity with the interior parts (2) and clipped on the back occupying the interior of the curved areas of the frame. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement This report is made on patent application ES201231436 consisting of 7 claims. The object of the invention is a support frame for visual communication, decoration or the like. In the State of the Art we find numerous documents that disclose frames for supports used in informational, advertising or decorative panels, such as for example in signs of commercial establishments, points of sale, exhibitors or masks of light and analogues, which present certain characteristics between cited in the application, such as: outer parts defining at least one longitudinal groove to hold the carrier base of the motif to be exposed occupying at least one of the faces of the support; inner reinforcing parts that define at least one longitudinal groove to hold complementary elements; means for continuously assembling one or more outer parts that fit together by locking with a pin or equivalent; means for mounting the outer and inner parts together thanks to hooks. Document D01 (summary and figures 3 to 5) shows an informative support with outer parts that are assembled using locking means analogous to a pin. Said outer pieces are flat but allow to define outer surfaces in arc. Document D02 (summary and figures 1 and 2) shows a traffic signal configured as a light signal with external elements supporting panels, which are joined together with locking means analogous to a pin, and internal elements with grooves. Document D03 (summary and figures 1 and 2) shows frame for banners with outer parts, joined together, with a longitudinal groove to hold the panel; inner reinforcement pieces with longitudinal grooves; and with means to mount the outer and inner parts together thanks to hooks. Document D04 (summary and figure 1) shows a frame, formed by a profile with an external part, with a longitudinal groove to hold the panel and an internal one with longitudinal grooves. Document D05 (summary and figure 1) shows an advertising panel with an external part, with a longitudinal groove to hold the panel, which is assembled to an internal part with hooks. None of the documents cited show a framework that consists of these characteristics in a unitary manner, therefore they cannot be considered as prior. On the other hand, it is not obvious that, from these documents, a person skilled in the art could conceive a similar provision, therefore it can be considered that it is new, implies inventive activity and has industrial application in accordance with articles 6, 8 and 9 of Law 11/1986 of March 20.
