Abstract

1.Recipiente para uso alimenticio con cierre estanco del tipo que comprende un elemento formando cuerpo de caja y un elemento formando tapa, formando con una ranura que puede adaptarse de manera sensiblemente estanca sobre el bordillo superior de la caja, caracterizado porque estando constituida dicha tapa, al menos en parte, en un material plástico flexible y deformable, dicha ranura tiene una sección tal que cuando se adapta la tapa de manera estanca sobre dicho cuerdo de caja, subsiste entre dicho bordillo, ensanchado a tal efecto, del cuerpo de caja y la pared en contacto de la ranura un espacio libre cerrado, al menos en parte, deformable sin comunicación con el medio exterior y susceptible de ser puesto bajo depresión cuando es cerrado el recipiente. 2.Recipiente para uso alimenticio con cierre estanco, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicho bordillo del cuerpo de caja y dicha pared de ranura delimitan una porción de espacio cerrado, que es puesta en comunicación con una bolsa deformable, sin contacto con el medio exterior, cuando es montada la tapa en su sitio sobre el cuerpo de caja. 4.Recipiente para uso alimenticio con cierre estanco, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque dicho bordillo superior ensanchado comprende, al menos, dos partes sensiblemente verticales unidas, por ejemplo, con caras planas cortadas, con preferencia simétricamente, con una parte intermedia superior sensiblemente horizontal. 5.Recipiente para uso alimenticio con cierre estanco, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque dicho bordillo superior ensanchado del cuerpo de caja está constituido por la inclinación sucesiva en ángulos abiertos de la falda del cuerpo de caja hacia el exterior. 6.Recipiente para uso alimenticio con cierre estanco, según la reivindicación 4 ó 5, caracterizado porque la anchura de dicha parte intermedia superior sensiblemente horizontal del bordillo superior es, por los menos, del orden de 4 a 15mm. 7.Recipientepara uso alimenticio con cierre estanco, según una de las reivindicaciones 4 a 6, caracterizado porque la anchura de dicho bordillo superior es del orden de 10 a 30mm., aproximadamente y, porque los ángulos de las superficies con caras planas cortadas con la vertical son del orden de 25 a 45º. 8.Recipiente para uso alimenticio con cierre estanco, según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la pared deformable de dicho espacio es una superficies alveolada o ranurada. 9.Recipiente para uso alimenticio con cierre estanco, según una de las reivindicaciones 3 a 8, caracterizado porque dicha bolsa deformable está constituida por un conjunto de varios tubo acolados de material apropiado, comunicados entre sí por sus partes laterales. 10.Recipiente para uso alimenticio con cierre estanco, según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque se ha previsto un medio en forma de tope en relieve sobre el elemento que forma la tapa para desprender el borde y hacerque penetre el aire. 11.Recipiente para uso alimenticio con cierre estanco, según una de las reivindicaciones 3 a 10, caracterizado porque dicho tope se encuentra opuesto sensiblemente en sentido diametral a la bolsa deformable. 12.Recipiente para uso alimenticio con cierre estanco.
