Abstract
Sistema microaerobio para controlar la concentración de sulfuro de hidrógeno en reactores de biometanización.#Los procesos industriales de biometanización suelen producir biogás con una concentración de sulfuro de hidrógeno superior a la permitida por los procesos de aprovechamiento. La necesidad de purificar este biogás ha conducido el desarrollo de procesos de desulfuración en los que el sulfuro de hidrógeno que contiene es oxidado hasta azufre elemental que se adhiere a las paredes del reactor de biometanización, el mismo que se utiliza como reactor de desulfuración, obligando a periódicas e ineludibles operaciones de limpieza y extracción del azufre elemental depositado siendo necesario detener el proceso de biometanización cuyo rendimiento disminuye al aparecer tiempos muertos asociados. La presente invención (fig.1) independiza el reactor (DA) de biometanización del reactor (DSA) de desulfuración de forma que, sin detener el funcionamiento del primero, pueden realizarse las necesarias operaciones de limpieza y mantenimiento en el segundo.
