Abstract
Aparato para pelar, vaciar y cortar frutas y hortalizas, caracterizado porque incluye una suela portadora (1), un manguito (2) soportado por dicha suela con su eje distanciado de éste último, un mandril (3) que penetra en el manguito (2), estando dotadas respectivamente las caras interna y externa del manguito (2) y del mandril (3) de medios complementarios de guiado en sentido helicoidal del desplazamiento del mandril en el manguito, estando dotada una extremidad del mandril (3) de un medio (5) de sujeción de una fruta u hortaliza (6), estando asociada a dicha extremidad una cuchilla de corte (10) con por lo menos un filo de corte (16) orientado hacia el mandril (3) y paralelamente al mismo, situándose esta cuchilla de corte (10) fuera del recorrido seguido por el medio de sujeción durante el movimiento del mandril (3), mientras que un brazo de mondado (17) está soportado por la suela (1) con la posibilidad de alejarse, en contra del efecto de un medio de recuperación (20), del recorrido seguido por el mandril (3) durante su desplazamiento, estando provisto este brazo (17), en una extremidad, de una cuchilla de mondado (19) que se mantiene aplicada contra la superficie de la fruta o de la hortaliza durante el desplazamiento del mandril (3).
