Abstract

Luminescent device with star brightness composed of a mechanical element as an optical object-shaped container such as a spyglass, binoculars, telescope or similar and an internal electronic circuit consisting of counter-type chips, discrete elements for controlling operating times of the circuit and luminescent elements such as LEDs or similar that when activated by a contact button receiving power from a battery, produce diverse light effects with variations of light and color as well as speed of the variations causing different sensations in its contemplation and allowing that in their association with notable events of any kind, can be used as gifts or memories of them.

Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement Claim 1 The document closest to the object of the invention is D01, said document presenting a convertible entertainment device in multiple configurations formed by a support arm to be adjusted to the cradle and an entertainment unit (100) formed by sources of light (180 and 190) that project light in different directions. Figure 2 (page 4, line 4-36) shows a circuit formed by a user input block (20), a control block (30) and an output block (40) under which among other actions , light patterns can be set. Said lighting system (page 4, line 38-49) allows you to direct the light bulbs, even if they act with the music. Figure 5 (page 4, line 40-59) indicates the possibility of including a printed pattern in the light source housing so that an image corresponding to that pattern is projected on a surface such as a wall or ceiling; In addition, the system includes a rotation set of the light source. The difference with the object of the present application is based on the use of a set of mirrors, however as evidenced in the documents cited in the report, the use of mirrors is well known in the state of the art that we occupies, therefore its use does not establish any contribution. That is, its mere use to establish the direction of the light does not present the technical solution to an unsolved problem in the cited documents. Therefore, claim 1 is new (Article 6 LP) but lacks inventive activity (Article 8 LP). Claims 2 -4 The use of different patterns or visual compositions is considered as a design option as it does not establish apparent technical difficulty in its introduction to the lighting system.
