2. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement

The object of the invention is said to be a cradle mobile, but the technical characteristics that are claimed are those of a cradle cover in which various figures are formed by electroluminescent elements. You could talk about a crib cover that can replace traditional crib mobiles.

The technical problem that is intended to be solved is to solve the problems that mobile phones have for cribs due to the large number of components used and the need to move some parts; It is known to use various pieces that form figurines as well as the use of a projector, and the need for relative movement between the projector and said parts. This involves problems with breakdowns and difficulties in transport, assembly and disassembly.

The technical solution proposed is to use a cover, which is arranged above the cradle, equipped with electroluminescent elements that form luminous figures. All controlled by a means of processing.

For claim 1, document D01 is considered the closest state of the art. D01 discloses a crib cover, connected to support means configured to hold said cover above a lying baby, the cover integrating a video screen, said screen being connected to a control means.

The differences between claim 1 and D01 are: - In claim 1 it is said that the cover integrates a plurality of electroluminescent elements (such as LED's, OLED's, etc.) that form figures, said plurality being connected to a processing means that allows lighting these figures. However, D01 has a screen connected to a control means. Although both covers (that of claim 1 and that of document D01) are intended to entertain and distract the baby, by visual means, said visual means are technically very different. In the state of the art, mobiles are known in which figures are formed using fiber optic lighting, such as document D02, but they are figures that move and also moves away from the claimed concept in which luminescent elements are integrated into a cover. Devices such as those disclosed in D03 are also known, in which, as screens in which electroluminescent elements such as LEDs and OLEDs are used, various figures, objects, images, etc. are shown, so that in some of the configurations it would also avoid the need to use moving parts; However, claim 1 not only differs from said devices by the use of a cover, but also that the electroluminescent elements "literally" form the figures, while in D03 "reproduce" the figures. Finally, we must also point out the existence of documents such as D04, in which various figures are projected on a deck; although the use of a cover is shared with claim 1, in D04 it is necessary to use means to project figures, which conceptually moves it away from claim 1, where luminescent elements are used to create the figures integrated in the cover .

For all the foregoing, it would not be apparent to the person skilled in the art to deduce claim 1 from the prior art. Therefore, claim 1 is considered to be new (Art. 6.1 LP 11/1986) and implies inventive activity (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986).

Claims 2 to 9 are dependent, so they are also new (Art. 6.1 LP 11/1986) and involve inventive activity (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986).
