DESCRIPCION

DESCRIPTION

"Pipe of smoke and gas evacuation for stoves, boilers and chimneys, with use of the residual heat given off in the combustion"
5
Object of the invention

The object to which the invention is intended to be patented is defined by the following description, which is not intended to be limiting of its scope. The present invention comprises a novel and practical pipe for the evacuation of fumes and gases from stoves, boilers, chimneys and the like of any type and shape, 10 created for a greater calorific use of these fumes and waste gases.

In general and as is known, the fumes and gases released from the burning of different fuels are released into the atmosphere. The main advantage and characteristic of the invention is that it uses these wastes throughout their travel until they are released, taking advantage of their temperature and supplying a greater amount of heat.

The invention is essentially characterized by comprising a flue and gas outlet pipe and, at least, another air circulation tube located in its interior, which is surrounded throughout its route by those fumes and waste gases that heat the tube air inside and placing the hot air outlet above the 20 inlet, so that an air circulation is created by the gravity itself, being able to help with a fan or similar to give a greater air flow, achieving a greater contribution of heat to the enclosure where you are and having the possibility of driving that hot air to other areas.

Technical sector 25

The invention falls within the combustion apparatus and processes and has been devised for application in homes, offices and the like.

State of the art 30

There are different devices that apply various solutions in order to optimize the calorific efficiency of burning different fuels.

Existing evacuation tubes, similar to the invention presented here, provide heat by irradiation, concentrating it in the places closest to these devices. With the invention object of the application a great calorific contribution to the enclosure is achieved by the greater flow of hot air that is produced with the use of the heat of the fumes and residual gases that, in another case, would be released without being used.
40
The vast majority of the solutions are based on the improvement of the designs of the stoves, boilers and the like.

Others do so by installing specific smoke outlet pipes for a certain type of stove such as the heating device described in utility model ES-1074672_U. The invention that concerns us 45 can be used in any stove, boiler or chimney, since its union with these and / or with other pipes is standard.

In other cases, solutions that involve a higher cost are presented, both in terms of manufacturing and the energy consumption they need for their operation and present a greater difficulty for their installation. 50 Examples of this are set forth in the invention patents ES-2168762_T3 and ES-0249592_A1, where in the first case a procedure is described for the use of a combustion device in a building and in the second a system of installation in stoves and the like with an air heating chamber.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The object to which the invention is intended to be patented is defined by the following description, which is not intended to be limiting of its scope. "SMOKE AND GAS EVACUATION TUBE FOR STOVES, BOILERS AND FIREPLACES, WITH THE USE OF RESIDUAL HEAT UNLOCKED IN THE COMBUSTION" characterized by comprising a flue and gas outlet pipe and at least another air circulation tube 60 located in its interior, which is surrounded throughout its route by those fumes and waste gases that heat the air in the inner tube and placing the hot air outlet above the inlet, so that an air circulation is created by the force of gravity, being able to help with a fan or similar to give a greater flow of air, achieving a greater contribution of heat to the enclosure in which it is located and having the possibility of driving that hot air to other areas. 65

It is also characterized by being made of good heat conductive material and with dimensions that allow the passage of fumes and residual gases produced in combustion through it and for being provided with a standard joining system that allows its installation in stoves, boilers and chimneys and their interleaving in any flue and flue gas duct.
The tube that is recommended allows a great calorific contribution due to the greater flow of hot air that is produced by taking advantage of the temperature of the flue gases and residual gases of combustion and comprises different advantages over existing devices, highlighting the following features:

GREATER CALORIFIC USE: Being all the inner tube or tubes surrounded by fumes and residual combustion gases, a very effective exchange is achieved between the temperature of these fumes and 10 gases and the temperature of the air to be heated.

LOWER FUEL CONSUMPTION: A greater caloric intake is achieved with this invention, which means that it is necessary to use less fuel to heat the same enclosure.
fifteen
LOWER CO2 EMISSION TO THE ATMOSPHERE: the gases emitted into the atmosphere are lower due to the lower fuel consumption.

CONVENTIONAL UNION SYSTEM: the inlet and outlet of the tube is the same as that of conventional tubes, which can be installed in any stove, boiler or similar, intercalating between 20 other tubes or mounting several such tubes in a row.

ECONOMIC PRICE: the cost of production is relatively cheap for the benefits it offers, since little material is used in its manufacture, which entails an affordable final market price.
25
SIMPLE ASSEMBLY: does not require the services of a professional for installation.

Brief description of the drawings

Figure 1 shows a three-dimensional view of the invention for horizontal smoke outlets. 30

Figure 2 shows a three-dimensional view of the invention for vertical smoke outlets and for interleaving between pipes.

Description of a practical embodiment of the invention 35

The smoke and gas evacuation tube with the use of residual heat released in combustion, hereinafter referred to as a smoke evacuation tube, 1 of the invention, is used in a stove, chimney or the like with conventional smoke outlet, joining it by means of the standard coupling 2 by which it communicates with the residual gases and fumes from combustion. These residual gases and fumes pass through the space 40 between the smoke evacuation tube 1 and the air tube 3, through which the air circulates, and its passage is regulated by the draft 4 located in the upper part of the exhaust pipe. smoke evacuation 1. The air to be heated enters the inner tube 3 through the bottom 5 of the smoke evacuation tube 1 and exits the top 6 of the smoke evacuation tube 1, driven by the force of the gravity or with the help of a fan or similar device 7 located next to the air inlet part 5. The gases and fumes follow their path leaving by the standard coupling 8 located at the top of the smoke evacuation pipe 1 and being able, therefore, to be attached to another evacuation tube with heat use or to another conventional stove tube.

Describing sufficiently the nature of the invention, as well as the way of carrying it out in practice, it should be noted that the provisions indicated above and represented in the two attached drawings are susceptible to any modifications in detail as long as they do not alter the fundamental principle or its functioning.
