Abstract

Un dispositivo de cierre distribuidor perfeccionado, de tipo biestable, para fijación a botellas o recipientes, qeu incluye una primera parte de cierre dotada de una abertura que se extiende a su través, un segunda parte de cierre montada a rotación en dicha primera parte de cierre de modo que es susceptible de hacerse girar entorno a un eje geométrico de pivotamiento, entre una posición de cerradura, en la que dicha segunda parte de cierre corta o cierra el paso por dicha abertura de moso que no puede pasar material por ella, y una posición de abierta, en la que dicha abertura queda al descubierto permitiendo así el paso de material a su través y unos medios de resorte que conectan dichas partes de cierre primera y segunda para retener dicha segunda parte de cierre en una u otra de las citadas posiciones, en elq eu el perfeccionamiento comprende lo siguiente: dichos medios de resorte comprenden un muelle dotado de unas extremidades, de las cuales una está fijacda rotatoriamente a dicha primera parte de cierre, y la otra extremidad está conectada rotatoriamente a dicha segunda parte de cierre, teniendo dicha primera parte de cierre una cavidad que se abre hacia arriba y cuyo fondo está situado por debajo de dicho eje geométrico de pivotamiento, teniendo dicha cavidad una pared recta, estando conectada la extremidad primeramente citada de dichas extremidades de dichos medios de resorte a dicha pared por encima de dicho fondo de dicha cavidad, estando conectado dicho muelle a dicha segunda parte de cierre en un lugar que está separado con el fin de permitir que dicho otro extremo de dicho muelle que está conectado con dicha segunda parte de cierre sea hecho pivotar hacia dicha primera parte de cierre cuando dicha segunda parte de cierre es hecha pivotar desde dicha posición cerrada a dicha posición abierta estando dicha cavidad y dichas partes de cierre dimensionadas de modo que acomoden el movimiento de dicha segunda parte de ciere y dicha segunda extremidad de dicho muelle hacia dentro de dicha cavidad cuando dicha segunda parte de cierre es hecha pivotar entre dichas posiciones y de modo qeu la distancia existente entre los extremos de dicho muelle se vea reducida con el fin de comprimir a dicho muelle cuando dicha segunda parte de cierre es desplazada entre dichas posiciones, siendo dichas partes de cierre primera y segunda y dicho muelle enterizos unos con otro y estando contruídos con un material polímero que tiene propiedades físicas de elasticidad y flexibilidada.
