Object of the invention

The present invention relates to a washing machine for water injection and absorption with detergent, for cleaning textile material preferably. 5

Background of the invention

Currently there is a machine that performs the washing of textile material called "common washing machine". The most common washing process in these machines is carried out by turning a cylindrical container (drum) operated by a rotary motor with water, detergent, softener and dirty textile material that are mixed, the centrifugal washing being carried out. Currently, the washing machines offer the possibility of performing different washing processes with specific programs for each type of fabric and can control the temperature or water level.

Description of the invention

In order to make improvements in the so-called "common washing machines" the water injection and absorption washing machine comprising a drum, a drum where garments are located, a detergent tank, at least one motor and at least one pump. The invention features plates facing each other located inside the drum (2) driven by a motor. Said plates comprise high and medium pressure nozzles for water and detergent injection. The plates also comprise a first compartment and a second location compartment for water, detergent and air.

The water injection and absorption washer object of the invention comprises at least one spyglass spring such that said springs give mobility to the plates. The drum comprises hollow bearings where said telescopic springs are located.

The invention characterizes a circuit connected to the water pump in such a way supplies water to the plates, and a compressed air circuit connected to the motor in such a way supplies compressed air to the plates.

Description of the drawings

For the best compression of what is described herein, a technical scheme is attached in which a water injection and absorption washing machine with detergent for cleaning textile material is represented.

In said scheme, Figures 1 and Figure 2 represent the elevation section of the water injection and absorption washer.

Detailed Description of the Invention 10

The water injection and absorption washer comprises plates (1) inside the drum (2) driven by a hydraulic motor (3) that compresses the garments (18) by first expanding them with half a motor rotation (3) of the pump and injecting water (16) and detergent (15) under pressure. First inject by a plate (1), and absorbing by the other reverse plate (1) get a wash in just 5 minutes of total cleaning 5 minutes of rinsing and 5 minutes of drying if you want to dry the clothes or ear. The attached drawings explain the water injection and absorption washer, and the parts that have been applied to make the new prototype. The parts are detailed in the drawings:

In figure 3 the drum (9) with hollow bearings (10) is shown to be able to pass the compressed air and water pipes. Figure 4 shows a spyglass spring (11) which gives mobility to the plates (1) when they receive the compressed air (17). The plates (1) are inside a drum (2) which are composed of two compartments, a first compartment (13) for water (16) and detergent (15) and a second compartment for compressed air (17 ) which gives the movement of the plates. The compressed air motor (3) makes a closed compressed air circuit (5) which gives mobility to the plates (1) according to washing time. The water pump (7) mixes the water and detergent and applies the necessary pressure to the water (16) according to the washing time. This same pump (7) can apply air for drying the garments (18) once washed, cutting the water (16) and giving way to the pump air (7).

In Figures 1 and 2 a reservoir (14) of detergent (15) can be seen, which consists of compartments one for liquid detergent that goes directly to the water pump (7) or directly to the drum. If it is 35 detergent powder, the mixture is carried out in the drum (2) or dry cleaning powder.

The water injection and absorption washing machine applies improvements to the common washing machine prototype, improvements in time and consumption of water and energy and detergent. In the drawings we can distinguish the parts that are coupled to get the improvements, the plates (1), the pump (7), the compressed air motor (3) and the telescopic springs (11). The prototype presented in the drawings is made for top-loading washing machine but in other 40 embodiments of the invention it can be applied to the rest of washing machines such as front loading, dry cleaning washing machines and steam washing machines. The water injection and absorption washer is applicable to all washing machines that exist in the market.
