Abstract

Método para la fabricación de un sistema de capas reflectantes para espejos traseros.#La invención describe un método para la fabricación de un sistema de capas reflectantes sobre un sustrato S con al menos una capa dieléctrica transparente y al menos con una capa metálica reflectante. Según el método, la capa dieléctrica, transparente se deposita sobre un sustrato S como capa que contiene óxido de silicio SiOS utilizando un método PVD adecuado, el sustrato S revestido se expulsa posteriormente del vacío y al menos una capa reflectante metálica R se deposita por un método químico en húmedo.
