Abstract

Procedimiento y máquinas para transformar envases flexibles en envases tridimensionales, por medio de generar solapas y sellarlas.#Transformación de un envase o envase inicial flexible sellado de al menos dos caras que en su interior contiene al menos un fluido y opcionalmente o complementariamente sólidos, en un envase con forma de cuerpo geométrico tridimensional como por ejemplo la de un cubo, prisma rectangular o poliedro irregular.#El procedimiento comprende las etapas siguientes:#1. El envase inicial, por medio de una o más mordazas de sujeción (3), se agarra o/y bloquea manteniendo una presión constante hacia el interior del envase pero pudiéndose retrotraer para así permitir el inflado del envase.#2. Una o más mordazas de impacto (6) golpea al menos uno de los lados laterales del envase inicial, para así generar al menos una solapa o cuerpo triangular, así como también produce el inflado tridimensional del envase o envase inicial a una forma de cuerpo geométrico tridimensional como por ejemplo: el cubo o prisma rectangular (si cuatro solapas son selladas o selladas y cortadas) o poliédrica irregular (si una, dos o tres, o más de cuatro solapas son selladas o selladas y cortadas).#3. Claims (1)

33REIVINDICACIONES1.- Procedimiento para transformar un envase flexible, estando dicho envase dotado de: 5 al menos dos caras que delimitan un recinto interior, y que a su vez dichascaras estan delimitadas por un contorno exterior perimetral definido por al menos un lado perimetral, y/oal menos una linea de sellado o pliegue que cierra el envase parcialmente o en su totalidad, en el que el envase alberga al menos un fluido y opcionalmente io o complementariamente puede albergar al menos un solido o solidos, granuladoso pulverulentos,donde el procedimiento esta caracterizado por que comprende las siguientes etapas:- presionar en direction al recinto interior del envase, por medio de un modo como el de al menos una mordaza de impacto (6) sobre al menos una parte de al menos un lado15 lateral perimetral del contorno o, tambien, contra/con/entre/en la zona intermedia, zona parcial, zona completa o zona de dos lados laterales perimetrales contiguos a un extremo o vertice: de uno, dos o mas de los lados laterales perimetrales o vertices del envase inicial, o viceversa {el lado lateral perimetral contra/con/entre/en la mordaza de impacto(6)} as! como tambien {estando en movimiento ambos, tanto la mordaza de 20 impacto (6) como el envase}, de manera que parte del fluido es desplazado hacia el contorno del envase, aumentando la presion en el interior del envase, asi como produciendo un efecto de inflado local, obteniendo:al menos una cara de apoyo o cara adicional en la zona del envase con la que impacta el mordaza de impacto que permite mantener el envase de pie de 25 manera estable como tambien, a su vez, modificar la configuration geometricadel envase, yal menos una solapa o cuerpo triangular contigua a la cara de apoyo o cara adicional y formada por parte de al menos dos caras del envase, y- sellar, por ejemplo, mediante una fuente de calor, por al menos una de las caras de al 30 menos parte de al menos una solapa, para mantener permanentemente estable almenos una de las caras de apoyo o cara adicional. 342.- Procedimiento de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 caracterizado por que la etapa de sellar se realiza en una zona de intersection de la solapa o cuerpo de configuracion triangular con la cara de apoyo (o cara adicional) o resto del envase.5 3.- Procedimiento de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1 o 2 caracterizado por quecomprende un paso adicional de cortar total o parcialmente al menos una de las solapas o cuerpos de configuracion triangular.4.- Procedimiento para transformar un envase flexible, estando dicho envase dotado de: io al menos dos caras que delimitan un recinto interior, y que a su vez dichascaras estan delimitadas por un contorno exterior perimetral definido por al menos un lado perimetral, y/oal menos una linea de sellado o pliegue que cierra el envase parcialmente o en su totalidad, en el que el envase alberga al menos un fluido y opcionalmente 15 o complementariamente puede albergar solidos, granulados o pulverulentos,donde el procedimiento esta caracterizado por que comprende la siguiente etapa:- presionar en direction al recinto interior del envase, por medio de un modo de empuje como puede ser el de emplear al menos una mordaza de impacto (6), sobre al menos una parte de al menos un lado lateral perimetral del contorno o tambien 20 contra/con/entre/en la zona intermedia, zona parcial, zona completa o zona de dos lados laterales perimetrales contiguos a un extremo o vertice: de uno, dos o mas de los lados laterales perimetrales o vertices del envase inicial, o viceversa {el lado lateral perimetral contra/con/entre/en la mordaza de impacto(6)}, de manera que parte del fluido es desplazado hacia el contorno del envase, aumentando la presion en el interior 25 del envase, asi como produciendo un efecto de inflado local, obteniendo:al menos una cara de apoyo o cara adicional en la zona del envase con la que impacta el mordaza de impacto que permite mantener el envase de pie de manera estable, yal menos una solapa o cuerpo triangular contigua a la cara de apoyo (o cara adicional) y formada por parte de al menos dos caras del envase.30 355. - Procedimiento de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 o 4, caracterizado por que la etapa de presionar se realiza dirigiendo el envase hacia el mordaza de impacto, y de acuerdo con una operacion seleccionada entre manualmente o empleando medios mecanicos automatizados.56. - Procedimiento de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 o 4 caracterizado por que incorpora, previamente al paso de presionar con la mordaza de impacto (6), un paso adicional de sujetar el envase para agarrar y/o ejercer presidn sobre el fluido envasado en el interior del envase hacia el contorno del envase en una10 zona distante a la zona de las solapas, donde actua la mordaza de impacto (6) y un paso adicional de liberacion del envase (o de liberacion pero aun ejerciendo presion sobre el envase, para asi mantenerlo agarrado) cuando se aplican dichas mordazas de impacto (6), de tal manera que posibilita el inflado del envase para que asi este adquiera la forma de un cuerpo geom6trico tridimensional.157. - Procedimiento de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 o 4 caracterizado por que la etapa de presionar comprende aplicar presiones simultaneamente por medio de mordazas (2, 3, 6) en dos o mas direcciones distintas por cualquiera de sus lados: generando asi una cavidad (2, 3 fig1, 2) en la que el20 envase inicial adaptandose a ella, adquirira la misma forma.8. - Procedimiento de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 o 4 caracterizado por que las mordazas de impacto comprenden un juego doble de mordazas (6,8), que comprenden una mordaza de impacto (6) y una mordaza de25 sellado (8) o de sellado y code (8) o, tambien sino, dos mordazas de impacto (6): que se posicionan enfrentadas durante la etapa de presionar sobre al menos una parte de sendos lados perimetrales contiguos, y se desplazan definiendo entre los lados perimetrales una solapa o cuerpo triangular (fig6).30 9.- Procedimiento de perfeccionamiento y mejora de otros procedimientos deelaboration de envases de configuration tridimensional que son fabricados con 36materiales flexibles tipo film en bobina, donde el procedimiento comprende las siguientes etapas:- generar un cuerpo de envase a partir del film en bobina; y- configurar solapas o cuerpos de configuracion triangular sobresalientes del cuerpo del 5 envase;caracterizado por que comprende adicionalmente el siguiente paso:- sellar al menos una, dos, tres, cuatro o mas de cuatro de las solapas o cuerpos de configuracion triangular por al menos una de las caras de al menos parte de al menos una solapa o cuerpo triangular, empleando un medio de sellado como por ejemplo el de10 una fuente de calor.10. - Procedimiento de acuerdo con la revindication 9 caracterizado por que la etapa de sellar se realiza en una zona de intersection de la solapa o cuerpo de configuracion triangular con la cara de apoyo (o cara adicional) o resto del envase.1511. - Procedimiento de acuerdo con la reivindicacibn 9 o 10 caracterizado por que comprende un paso adicional de cortar total o parcialmente al menos una de las solapas o cuerpos triangulares.20 12.- Maquina para transformar un envase inicial flexible en envases tridimensionales,estando dicho envase inicial flexible dotado de:al menos dos caras que delimitan un recinto interior, y que a su vez dichas caras estan delimitadas por un contorno exterior perimetral definido por al menos un lado perimetral, y25 al menos una linea de sellado o pliegue que cierra el envase,en el que el envase alberga al menos un fluido y opcionalmente o complementariamente puede albergar solidos, granulados o pulverulentos, donde la maquina esta caracterizada por que comprende:- al menos un soporte, al menos un sensor (1) destinado a detectar el envase inicial o el 30 envase inicialmente introducido; 37- al menos una mordaza de impacto (6) movil [accionada por medios de desplazamiento como por ejemplo el de un cilindro lineal (9) neumatico o electrico] o/e inmovil: destinadas a presionar en una, dos o mas direcciones laterales del contorno exterior perimetral, uno o mas lados laterales perimetrales para generar al menos una solapa o5 cuerpo de configuracion triangular;- al menos una mordaza de sellado (8) o sellado y corte (8) accionada por medios de desplazamiento como por ejemplo el de al menos un cilindro lineal (9) neumatico o electrico, destinados a sellar o sellar y cortar por una o mas de las caras y/o en parte del contorno exterior perimetral o lateral, de al menos parte de al menos una de dichasio solapas o cuerpos de configuracion triangular, en el que las mordazas de sellado (8) disponen de al menos un modo de fuente de calor, para mantener permanentemente la cara de apoyo o cara adicional generada.13.- MSquina de acuerdo con la revindication 12, caracterizado por que las mordazas 15 de sellado (8) y las mordazas de impacto (6) se seleccionan de entre:- un juego doble, que comprende una mordaza de sellado (8) o sellado y corte (8) alineada (o que se alinea) con un mordaza de impacto (6);- un juego triple, que comprende dos mordazas de sellado (8) o sellado y corte (8) alineadas (o que se alinean) con un mordaza de impacto (6) situada al20 centra; y- un juego cuadruple, que comprende dos mordazas de sellado (8) o sellado y corte (8) alineadas (o que se alinean) con dos mordazas de impacto (6) situadasal al centra.- un juego de mordazas doble que comprende una mordaza de sellado (8) o25 sellado y corte (8) y una mordaza de impacto (6) alineada (o se alinea) con lamordaza de sellado o sellado y corte (8);- un juego de mordazas triple que comprende dos mordazas de sellado (8) y una mordaza de impacto (6) que esta ubicado entre medias de las mordazas de sellado (8) o sellado y corte (8) y alineados (o se alinean) con dichas mordazas de sellado o sellado y corte (8), y30 5101520253038- un juego de mordazas cuadruple que comprende dos mordazas de sellado (8) y dos mordazas de impacto (6) que estan ubicados entre medias de las mordazas de sellado (8) o sellado y corte (8) y alineados con dichas mordazas de sellado (8) o sellado y corte (8).Los juegos de mordazas estan alineados, o se alinean, y tienen una separacion entre ellos que permite introducir el envase inicial entre ellos, exceptuando cuando dos juegos dobles interactuan en un mismo lado lateral perimetral.14. - Maquina de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 12, caracterizado por que comprende dos juegos compuestos de: al menos una mordaza de impacto (6) y al menos una mordaza de sellado o sellado y corte (8), los cuales se alinean o estan alineados, asi como tambien tienen que tener una separacion entre ellos en el que al menos como minimo: el envase o el envase inicial el cual se quiera transformar, pueda entrar o introducirse entre ellos. Se puede seleccionar, por ejemplo, entre los siguientes juegos:- uno o dos juegos (triple o/y cuadruple) o/y uno, dos, tres o cuatro juegos dobles: en el que la mordaza de impacto (6) puede ser movil [accionada por medios de desplazamiento como por ejemplo el de un cilindro lineal (9) neumatico o electrico] ole inmbvil.15. - Maquina de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 12, 13 o 14 caracterizada por que comprende de [al menos una mordaza de impacto (6) o/y al menos una mordaza de sellado (8) o sellado y corte (8)] o/y al menos un cuerpo/base de apoyo o soporte (4) con el que formar una cavidad, en donde el envase inicial se acople a la forma de la cavidad generada adaptcindose a la forma de 6sta.16. - Maquina de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 12, 13, 14 o 15 caracterizada por que comprende al menos un paso adicional, previo a ser introducido el envase inicial a la maquina o entre las mordazas de sujecion (3): en el que al menos una mordaza de impacto (6) o/y al menos una mordaza de sellado (8) o sellado y corte (8) o, sino tambten, al menos un juego doble, triple o cuadruple de mordazas (6,8) o/y, en algunos de los casos, la mordaza de sujecion (3): van a ser desplazados y despues retornados 39al punto de inicio, por medio de un modo mecanico o de impulsion como por ejemplo el de un cilindro lineal (9) neumatico o electrico, con la finalidad de habilitar espacio para que el envase inicial pueda ser introducido sin dificultad en el lugar o punto de inicio de la mbquina.517. - Maquina de acuerdo con la reivindicaciones 12, 13, 14, 15 o 16 caracterizada por que comprende adicionalmente al menos una mordaza de sujecion (3) o uno o mas juegos de dos o mas mordazas de sujecion (3), destinadas a agarrar el envase y/o a ejercer presion sobre el fluido envasado en el interior del envase hacia el contorno delio envase, en una zona distante a la zona de las solapas donde actua la mordaza de impacto (6), en el que ademas opcionalmente las mordazas de sujecion pueden ser retractiles, para liberar (o liberar pero aun ejerciendo presion sobre el envase, para asi mantenerlo agarrado) cuando se aplican dichos mordazas de impacto, de tal manera que posibilita el inflado del envase para que asi bste adquiera la forma de un cuerpo15 geometrico tridimensional. Asimismo, la presion ejercida mejora la formation de la solapa o cuerpo triangular.18. - Maquina de acuerdo con la revindication 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 o 17 caracterizado por que comprende al menos un paso de dirigir, conducir o desplazar al envase inicial20 o/y envase transformado: hacia el punto de inicio de transformacibn de la maquina o hacia un punto determinado, por medio de un modo como por ejemplo una mano o un modo mecanico como el de al menos un juego de dos mordazas auto-centrantes (2), brazo mecanico o brazo de robot.25 19.- Maquina de acuerdo con una cualesquiera de las reivindicaciones 12 a 18caracterizada porque comprende adicionalmente un soporte base o trampilla, accionada por medios de desplazamiento como por ejemplo el de un cilindro lineal (9) neumatico o electrico: destinada a posicionarse y alejarse debajo del envase inicial o de la mordaza de sujecion (3), para asi servir de base de apoyo para el envase inicial30 previo a su transformation. 4020. - Envase flexible con forma de cuerpo geometrico tridimensional, en el que el envase alberga al menos un fluido y opcionalmente o complementariamente puede albergar al menos un solido o solidos, granulados o pulverulentos, que esta caracterizado por que es obtenible mediante el procedimiento descrito de las reivindicaciones 1 a 11 o5 usando la maquina descrita de las reivindicaciones 12 a 19.21. -
