1.-Guardrail, of the type comprising vertical posts (1) fixed to the ground, and at least one longitudinal element (2) fixed to posts 5 (1) by anchoring means; characterized in that the longitudinal element (2) is formed in a continuous piece of a height greater than the protruding portion of the support posts (1), and having in section: a curved convex upper channel (21) for covering the ends upper of the posts (1), an intermediate section (23) inclined towards the anterior-inferior zone and a 1 O lower section (24), intended to contact the ground or be arranged very close to it, oriented towards the rear area of the guardrail, in the direction of the support posts (1); because the longitudinal element (2) has on its rear face fins (25) for fixing to the posts (1) by means of anchoring elements; and because said longitudinal element (2) is continuous in all its height, being its 15 longitudinal edges oriented towards the rear area and topped by rounded longitudinal thickening. 2. Guardrail, according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the longitudinal element (2) comprises on its anterior side a longitudinal recess 20 (27) in which a reflective sheet (4) is located. 3. Guardrail, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the longitudinal element (2) is constituted by a reinforced resin. 4.
