El objeto de la invención protege a la cajetilla de golpes y deformaciones. El documento D1 citado en el Informe sobre el Estado de la Técnica describe una funda con tapa abatible para una cajetilla de cigarrillos, dotada en la parte inferior de su cara frontal y en parte de su base inferior de una abertura en la por la cual se puede introducir el dedo para presionar la cajetilla hacia arriba, de modo telescópico, por el interior de la funda, abriéndose así la tapa de esta última y sobresaliendo parte de la cajetilla del cuerpo de la funda y quedando así los cigarrillos a la vista y accesibles. El documento D2 es muy similar al primero y dispone además de un mecanismo de tope para impedir que el contenedor interior de los cigarrillos pueda sobresalir de la funda exterior que lo envuelve más allá de un determinado tope. El documento D3 es también muy similar a los anteriores. En su parte frontal está dotado de un elemento decorativo, y en su parte posterior y parte de la base inferior de una abertura por la cual introducir el dedo para presionar su contenido hacia arriba, de modo telescópico, por el interior de la funda, para hacerlo accesible. A la luz de los documentos citados, las reivindicaciones 1 a 6 de la solicitud analizada cumplen los requisitos de Novedad y Actividad Inventiva, de acuerdo con los artículos 6 y 8 respectivamente de la Ley 11/1986 de Patentes.
