DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order to achieve the objectives and avoid the inconveniences mentioned in the previous sections, the invention proposes a geriatric bed which in principle has a headboard and a footboard, as well as a box spring.

It is characterized by comprising:

 a second upper reinforcement (2) that has vertical tubular pillars (16), within which the vertical pillars (15) of the lower reinforcement (1) are coupled and guided, with the possibility of vertical displacement of the upper reinforcement ( 2) with respect to the lower reinforcement (1); counting the upper reinforcement (2) with a rectangular frame (17) that supports a bed base (3), rectangular frame (17) that articulates on its smaller sides (18) with respect to the vertical tubular pillars (16) belonging to the reinforcement superior (2);

-

 an outer frame (4) supported by the upper frame (2), so that the vertical mobility of the latter carries with it the outer frame (4), while such an outer frame (4) integrates the headboard (5) and footboard (6), through which the outer frame (4) is linked to the upper frame (2).

GERIATRIC BED, according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower reinforcement (1) comprises two removable parts (8-9) telescopically coupled to each other by means of a pair of longitudinal bars (10-11), incorporating such removable parts ( 8-9) also the vertical pillars (15) fitted inside the vertical tubular pillars (16) belonging to the upper reinforcement (2), as well as the headboard (5) and footboard (6) of the outer frame (4) , rest on the upper ends of the vertical tubular pillars (16) of said upper reinforcement (2), counting its rectangular frame (17) with angular stops 22 that join the headboard (5) and footboard (6) of the frame exterior (4). 3. The object of the invention is a geriatric bed. Document D01 can be considered the closest state of the art. It discloses (summary and figures) a geriatric bed that has a headboard, a footboard and a box spring and comprises a first lower armor provided with a pair of vertical pillars (45); a second upper reinforcement that has vertical tubular pillars into which the vertical pillars of the lower reinforcement are coupled and guided, with the possibility of vertical displacement of the upper reinforcement with respect to the inferior; counting the top armor with a rectangular frame that supports a box spring; an upper frame (11,12) supported by the upper frame, so that the vertical mobility of this carries with it the outer frame. The invention is not identically understood in the prior art and is therefore new for claim 1. (Art. 6.1 LP 11/1986). It differs from the request in that the rectangular frame is not articulated with respect to the vertical pillars of the upper frame. Said articulation allows it to be able to swing on the longitudinal axis which is a known technical characteristic and used in the state of the art, as shown in document D02, then it is considered that claim 1 lacks inventive activity (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986 ).
