None of the documents cited describes a book-type display for ceramic or similar pieces formed by:

Document US2001008223 (references in brackets refer to US2001008223, hereafter, D01) describes (summary; paragraphs 16-21, 29, 53, 55, 56-59, 62, 65; figures 1-6, 8) an exhibitor type book for frames formed by a lower clamping means (26c), a support base (21c) for each panel (21) articulated to the lower clamping means (26c), and with rolling means (21e) at its free end . However, this document does not disclose a plastic panel obtained by injection that supports the pieces to be exhibited. Furthermore, in D01 the panel is not only articulated by the lower part but also articulated by the upper part.

More documents (for example D02-D07) have been found that describe book-type displays and panels for these exhibitors but none contain the essential features of claim 1 of the application.

It is not considered obvious that a person skilled in the art conceives the exhibitor of claim 1 of the application from the aforementioned documents, taken alone or in combination. Therefore the invention of claim 1 is new and involves inventive activity.

Claims 2 and 3 are dependent claims of claim 1 and as they also meet the requirements of novelty and inventive activity.

For all the above, claims 1-3 of the application are new and involve inventive activity according to articles 6 and 8 of Patent Law 11/86.
