Dispositivo tensómetro electromagnético formado por una pequeña pieza ferromagnética de torsión imantada por una corriente que pasa a través del circuito de excitación o formada por un imán permanente, siendo tomada la fuerza electromagnética que se origina por la deformación del campo magnético de la pequeña pieza de torsión, por el circuito de toma, caracterizado porque la pequeña pieza ferromagnética de torsión está sometida a los esfuerzos de torsión por efecto de la deformación del material medido, de manera que los dos extremos de la pequeña pieza de torsión están provistos de caras que están conectadas por medio de placas a los salientes o bien a las cuchillas fijadas al material medido.
