Description

In the field of sports activities, protections are used to prevent violent blows or body abrasions. The known protections consist of pieces of shock absorbing material that have the purpose of absorbing and damping the shock. For example, the device described in WO 98/44817 is known, but it does not solve the problem of the distribution of impact to parts away from the head of the femur, which will present bursitis due to repeated blows. These protections, however, do not allow training having a bruised body part, since during pressure and after compression the material becomes rigid and transmits the blow to the body part that has the bruise. Thus, these protections make it impossible to practice sports activity during recovery, since the following blows to the bruised part of the body delay and worsen the recovery. In addition, also having a sore part of the body and having to perform actions that can determine other blows on the bruised part creates an inhibition of movement. In sports activity a moment of doubt or a delayed movement, even with a minimum delay, which occurs due to such inhibitions can determine an error or cause a movement to be made at the wrong time. The present invention relates to a new protective clothing that is suitable to avoid the pathology known as bursitis of the head of the femur. This pathology develops with violent strokes and contacts always in the same part of the body. In particular, this pathology generally develops in the game of football, where in the stretches or when sliding over the ground the goalkeepers suffer a violent contact with the head of the femur, or in the falls of the players, where voluntary falls or they do not affect the side and therefore the head of the femur. In addition, the invented protection allows to avoid abrasion by friction with the ground during the fall. It is an object of the invention to have a garment that serves to protect the head of the femur and is suitable to avoid bursitis and lateral damage to the hip joint. Another purpose of the invention is to have a protection of the head of the femur and of the hip joint that allows sports activity to be carried out even having a bruised body part, as the additional blows that affect the head of the femur do not affect are received and thus not developing bursitis. In fact, with the invented protection a prevention phase is obtained against the blows that are received and a faster recovery is allowed, since the head of the femur is not subjected to other blows. The protective clothing invented to protect the head of the femur is for use in all sports where violent and repeated contact with the ground, such as rugby, skating, football, martial arts or skiing, is possible. activities on a ski board or skating board or similar sports. In the drawings on sheets 1 and 2, the invented garment is illustrated for informational purposes only. On sheet 1, Figure 1 is a front view of the parts that in one embodiment are elements of the invented garment. Figure 2 is a view of the piece made of a single structure that in another embodiment is an element of the invented garment. Figure 3 is a sectional view of the joined parts of Figure 1. Figure 4 is a view of part of the invented garment not subjected to a thrust or shock. Figure 5 is a view of part of the invented garment upon receiving a blow. On sheet 2, figure 6 is a side view of the invented garment that the user wears under common shorts. Figure 7 is a front view. In a preferred but non-limiting embodiment, the protective clothing invented for the protection of the head of the femur in sports activities is made of a pair of pieces of form 1 of shock absorbing material that provides shock absorption, such as neoprene or a similar material. Those of said pair of pieces of form can also be made with materials 1A, 1B and 1C with different capacity of damping of the blows joined by gluing, or they can also be made of material with varied capacity of damping of the blows made with a single fusion . At a suitable height, a hole 2 in the shape of a conical cavity is present, which in the embodiment that is determined by the superposition of several pieces is formed by holes of increasing size 2A, 2B and 2C superimposed axially with the hole of the smallest size located in the outer layer Those of the pair of pieces of form 1 are applied to shorts 3 of elastic material that adhere to the body of the user, that is, to shorts that are known as "cycling shorts". The application to the tight shorts 3 is carried out by means of a pocket 4 with top closure 5. Those of the pair of pieces of form 1 can also be attached to the tight shorts 3 by gluing or sewing. The tight shorts 3 with the pair of shaped pieces 1 inside are positioned so that the hole 2 in the shape of a conical cavity is in correspondence with the head of the femur 6 and with the largest cavity tightly fitted over the head of the femur. Then the user puts on shorts 3 shorts 7 like those normally used for sports activity. In the event of a fall or of a blow occurring in said part, the invented protection placed with the concentric hole 2 with respect to the head of the femur 6 causes the blow to be discharged into the circular wall that is near the head of the femur, whereby even with maximum pressure as the thickness is not completely reduced, the application of pressure is not possible

o la incidencia de golpes en la cabeza del fémur. or the incidence of blows to the head of the femur.
