Storage and transport device with information panel attached to it

The invention relates to a storage or transport device with horizontal storage trays held on vertical support bars and with at least one information panel detachably held in a storage tray or on a support bar.

Storage or transport devices used in the context of the invention are known, for example, from EP 1 393 618 and EP 1 393 637. In this case, support bars with square cross-section of hollow profile are in particular provided, in which can suspend a number of storage trays. The support bars are respectively provided with a longitudinal groove and a series of suspension notches, while the storage trays constitute a bucket-like shape with a raised peripheral edge.

Document DE 38 25 771 A1 discloses a device according to the preamble of the present claim 1.

Known storage devices are suitable in particular for plants, the present invention being able to be applied in addition to storage or transport devices for the most different objects.

Conventionally the information panels, such as price tags or other information plates, are fixedly placed in a storage device, either according to the construction mode mentioned above or in the form of a bookcase, shelving on rollers among others or by gluing, or fixed in an appropriate way with the help of clamping devices. In this case it was often disadvantageous that the information panel could not be changed without more or that it protruded at least partially beyond an outer lateral delimitation plane of the storage device and could be easily damaged or torn off by distracted customers or by moving objects Here with little free space. The latter is of particular importance in the case of mobile storage devices that, in part, are arranged very close to each other for transport.

The invention has been proposed to improve a generic storage or transport device mentioned at the beginning, so that an information panel attached to it can be replaced in a simple way and offers high security against involuntary deterioration or involuntary separation or deterioration.

This objective is solved because the information panel is attached with at least one clamping element that has a first clamping section, which has two clamping arms with spring elasticity and is detachably fixed on a side edge of the storage tray , and a second clamping section that carries the information panel and has two spring-loaded clamping arms, arranged in a U-shape, the first clamping section being connected to the second clamping section through a connection zone, which is aligned with a clamping arm of the second clamping section, located firstly adjacent to an adjacent outer delimitation plane of the device, the information panel being stripped into the delimitation plane and / or being arranged at an angle of inclination with respect to the delimitation plane and not protruding out of the delimitation plane

Figures 1 and 2 explain the invention in general, being represented in an enlarged manner essential concrete areas in the form of details A to H (fig. 1) and A to D (fig. 2). It is a storage and transport device known in itself, in this case especially for plants, with a bottom element 2 provided with rollers, at whose corners, at corner points of an imaginary rectangle, four bars are detachably fastened 4 vertical support.

In the embodiment shown, the support bars 4 have a square cross-section in the form of a hollow profile and are provided on one side of a central continuous longitudinal groove 6 and on the at least one other side of a series of suspension notches 8 in the form oblong hole. A number of storage trays 10, of which two different embodiments 10.1 and 10.2 are indicated in Figures 1 and 2 and are represented in more detail with respect to their essential difference in Figures 4 and 6, are suspended at vertical intervals with respect to the bottom element and one of the other on the support bars 4, engaging hook-shaped fasteners, which are arranged in the four corners of the storage trays 10, detachably in the suspension notches 8.

Both the bottom element 2, as well as the storage tray 10 have an essentially flat bottom 12 and an edge edge 14 which runs vertically or inclined upwards. The edge edge 14 can be positioned according to the construction type of the storage tray 10 only on the longer and / or shorter sides of the storage tray 10 (10.1, see also Fig. 6), or they can form a tray according to the type of a side wall that runs around closed form together with the bottom 12 (10.2, see also fig. 4). In the last mentioned case the edge edge 14 generally runs vertically from the bottom 12 upwards and can therefore be configured, for example, in a piece (fig. 4), while in other constructive forms the edge edge may be placed as a separate part on a bottom plate 12a and can form an angle between 90 ° and 120 ° (directed inclined upwardly and externally with respect to a center of the bottom 12) (fig. 6).

The holding of the storage trays 10 on the support bars 4 is configured such that a part or area of a storage tray 10 does not protrude laterally or in the horizontal direction beyond the support bars 4, or said of another Thus, it does not protrude from vertical lateral delimitation planes 20 that are oriented respectively parallel to two of the four support bars 4 and are in contact with the device from the outside.

This property is of great importance in practice, since storage devices are often arranged according to Figures 1 and 2 as close as possible or move relative to each other, and the corresponding external surfaces corresponding to parts of the delimitation planes mentioned above. If the support bars 4, as is frequently the case, are housed inserted in receiving bushings 16 of the bottom element 2, the outer surfaces of the receiving bushings 16 naturally form reference surfaces for the lateral delimitation planes, which are in this case they are located at a horizontal distance from the support bars 4 which corresponds to the wall thickness of the receiving caps 16. Next, referring to figures 1 and 2, as well as figures 3 to 26, fasteners are described with which the information panels or labels (figures 27, 28) can be detachably attached to the storage trays 10 and / or support bars 4.

A first variant of the first embodiment of the invention is explained in fig. 1, detail A, as well as in figures 3 and 4. Two fasteners 30 are retained in the edge edge 14 of the storage tray 10 and carry a rectangular frame 32 for receiving an information panel 34 that is inserted in the frame in a manner known per se through or in a groove 36 of the frame.

Fig. 29 explains for this in different views an information panel frame 32 with information panel 34 introduced (details A, B and C respectively in section). The clamping element 30 is composed of a first clamping section 40, which has two elastic clamping arms 42, 44 arranged in a U-shape that are connected to each other at one end through a rib region 46. The one arm The clamping 42 is provided at its free end with a retaining boss 48 directed to the other clamping arm 44, which serves to fit behind an edge reinforcement 14a protruding out of the edge edge 14 and thereby fixing the clamping element 30 on the edge edge 14. When the clamping element is retained and separated, the clamping arms move away elastically from one another to pass over the edge reinforcement 14a.

In the nerve zone 46, a connection zone 50 is connected which is reinforced by a reinforcement rib 51 and is connected to the second clamping section 52. The second clamping section 52 has two clamping arms 54, 56 with elasticity of U-shaped springs, which are arranged essentially parallel to each other and to reciprocal distance and are connected to each other by a rib section 58.

In an alternative embodiment the connection zone 50 could be suppressed and the clamping arms of the first and second clamping section could be connected to each other directly through a common nerve zone in an essentially H-shaped configuration.

The clamping arms 54, 56 of the second clamping section 52 have the same length in the embodiment shown here and are provided on the end side of retention projections 60 directed towards each other. In addition, the clamping arms 54, 56 carry support projections 62 directed towards each other in an area between the retention projections 60 and the rib section 58. In the intermediate space between the clamping arms 54, 56 and the retention and support projections 60, 62 can be received by tightening the frame 32 as indicated in fig. Four.

In fig. 4 in the area of the second clamping section 52, the plane of the edge edge 14 and the orientation of the frame 32 and the information panel 34 are indicated in strokes. As an essential feature of the clamping element 30 it can be recognized that the information panel 34 it is not oriented with the edge edge 14, but with it forms an angle Φ directed inwards, that is, towards the center of the storage tray 10.2 and in addition, it is disposed inwardly offset at the height of its lower edge ( lower horizontal frame part) at a distance from the upper end of the edge 14, that is, towards the center of the storage tray 10.2. Therefore, it is guaranteed that the information panel 34 does not protrude out of the delimitation plane 20 of the storage device. The clamping element may have a width b (fig. 3) that is relatively small, so that for a broad information panel 34 at least two clamping elements are required, or it is relatively large so that a single element of subjection.

Fig. 1, detail B, as well as figures 5 and 6 explain a second variant of the first embodiment. With respect to the first variant, only the shape of the clamping arms 42, 44 of the first clamping section 40 is different, an adaptation having been made here to an edge edge 14 fixed on the outer side to a bottom plate 12a, which does not have an edge reinforcement 14a as in the first variant. Fig. 27 shows an embodiment of a label 80, which in this example is made of a thin and flexible paper or plastic material and is provided with several groups of two holes 82 at a time. The holes 82 are arranged such that they can be grasped by the fixing pins 74 if the label is introduced with a slight flexion between the holding arms 72 and the counter support 76. When elastically returning to its original flat starting shape, the fixing pins 74 penetrate the holes 82 and they maintain the tag 80, whose side edge is in contact with the rib area 46, fixed in the second clamping section 70.

Fig. 28 explains an alternative embodiment of a tag 84 that is provided with one or more locking tabs 86. Each locking tab 86 is provided with parallel side edges of predetermined distance f, as well as with at least one holding shoulder 87 that protrudes laterally from it. The fixing tab 86 can be inserted into a groove 88 of an alternative embodiment of a second clamping section 89, with which a clamping element 30 may be provided which may instead be provided with a first section of any subject according to the variants explained above. When inserted into the slot 88, the lateral securing protrusions 87 are deformed or the tongue 86 is completely deformed or waveform, such that the fixing tab can be inserted through the groove and after the passage of the protrusions clamping returns to its flat starting form, so that it is held in the clamping element. The clamping arms 102, 104 are, as in both preceding variants, essentially U-shaped with a rib zone 46 that connects, and a special adaptation to a clamping situation is also made in the area of a longitudinal groove 6 of a support bar 4, while the two clamping arms are essentially L-shaped. In the assembled state a cranked edge area 6a of a longitudinal groove 6 is located adjacent to the rib region 46 between the clamping arms 102 , 104 and a profile area of the support bar 4, which is situated adjacent 90 ° to the rectangular side where the longitudinal groove 6 is located, is between free end sections of the clamping arms (indicated in figures 24) . In all the described variants it can be provided that the clamping element is configured in two parts, a first part comprising the first clamping section and a second part the second clamping section, the two parts being connected to each other conveniently in a separable way. In particular, a connection that fits and can be configured separately or inseparably is offered here. A screwed or plug connection may also be convenient. A two-part configuration can have, for example, the advantage that after the assembly of the parts a global part is produced that has several beadings, which could not be manufactured as a whole or only at great cost in a mold such as plastic injection piece.

In addition, it can be advantageous if the first clamping section can be rotated with respect to the second clamping section, for example, around a rotation axis that in the mounted state is parallel to a side edge of an information panel or rectangular label subject to the clamping element. It can also be advantageous to fit a spherical and detachable spherical joint connection between the two clamping sections, since then the information panel or the label can be freely pivoted or rotated in any direction.

In all cases, a locking device that fits into one or more predetermined angular positions may be convenient and advantageous, so that predetermined angular rotation positions can be automatically adjusted and held.
