Abstract

Support for mobile enclosure that has a guide (1) and a hanger (2). The guide (1) has fixing elements for fixing the guide (1) to a structure (4) having first positioning elements (12) configured to accommodate a plurality of first anchoring elements (13). The hanger (2) has fasteners for securing a panel (3) that have second positioning elements (22) configured to accommodate second anchoring elements (23) to removably anchor the panel (3) to the hanger (2) . Field of the Invention

The invention is encompassed in the field of advanced interior architecture.

Background of the invention

The known systems only allow the displacement of vertical surfaces in a single direction, which limits the possibilities of space distribution.

It would therefore be desirable to create a device with maximum mobility, which allows the displacement to occur in any direction.

For this, the present invention has developed a 360 degree mobility system.

Description of the invention

The objective of the support for mobile enclosure or multidirectional system for the separation of spaces is to be able to transform the spaces as appropriate. Remove the classic forms of the static partition, and replace it with the mobile partition that can be placed in the desired place.

This multidirectional system for the separation of spaces allows a 360º movement. It comprises four elements:

A guide for its movement through the cabin or enclosure in question. The guide, through which the surface clamping shaft can slide, has the appropriate length in each case, and is fixed to the roof of the cabin. The material in which it is constructed is stainless steel.

A connecting element between the guide and the vertical surface to be moved, which allows it to rotate 360 ° and move as appropriate.

A vertical surface of dimensions adapted to the space in question and to the different functionalities, with a maximum depth of 40 cm. and a modular width that can range between 50 cm. and a maximum of 1.50 m.

The surface admits accessory elements such as shelves, integrated LED lighting, to provide it with different functionalities: bookcases, hangers, exhibition of paintings, photographs and others.

The materials used for the construction of the surface are diverse: gloss and perforated matt stainless steel, Blizzard-like plastic, clear-Pep of different colors and thicknesses, wood, Dibond, Pladur, stainless steel and others.

Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement The invention relates to a support for mobile enclosure. There are several documents in the state of the art that state the technical characteristics present in the independent claim of the application. Among them, D01 has been chosen as the closest document. In it we find the following technical characteristics of the characterizing part of said claim 1 (the numbers in brackets correspond to this document): - a guide (28) (see figures 2 and 5) comprising fixing means for fixing it to a structure that include:

although in D01 the anchoring of the guide to a structure is not specified, it is specified that it is a roof rail, so it is considered obvious to a person skilled in the art, that a roof guide should carry some means of placement and anchor that removes it removably to the structure of said roof. - a hanger (7) comprising fastening means for holding a panel (18) comprising:

D01 does specify the existence of said means of attachment to the hanger panel (see column 2, lines 61-67 and figures 1 and 2). -where the guide (28) and the hanger (7) comprise first means of movement to drive the hanger along the guide: it is quite obvious that if there is a guide and a hanger with a panel anchored to it there must be means for moving along said guide, given the lack of definition of the technical characteristics set forth herein, any means would nullify the inventive activity of this technical characteristic. In D01, support rollers are set rotatably mounted on horizontal axes that run along the guide. These displacement means comprise according to the invention:

rolling means (1,2,3,4,5) on the hanger (see column 3, lines 12-17 and figure 2). Claim 2 is characterized in that the guide and hanger comprise first guiding means comprising: - an internal track along the guide (29) (see list of numerical references and figure 5) and - first support means ( 8,9,10,11) on the hanger facing the inner race (29) configured to support it (see column 3, line 67 to column 4, line 6 and figure 2). Claim 9, which is considered, like 2, dependent on the first claim states that the guide is a C-shaped profile (see Figure 5). In view of what is known from document D01, it is not considered that it requires any inventive effort for a person skilled in the art to develop an apparatus as described in claims 1, 2,9. Accordingly, the invention claimed in claims 1,2,9 does not imply inventive activity. Claim 3 characterizes a second guide means for driving the hanger in the guide comprising both an external track along the guide and a second support means in the hanger facing said external track configured to support said track . Although in D01 there are no second means of guidance, in D02 we find rollers (12) that rest on the outer race of the guide (13) (see page 5, lines 16-30 and figure 1) in order to make that the feed rollers stay in contact with the guide. Therefore, the existence of pairs of rollers that run facing an internal track to the guide and an external one is already contemplated in D02, so that the person skilled in the art could combine the main parts of document D02 with those of document D01 of closest state of the art to obtain the characteristics of claim 3 and have a reasonable expectation of success.

 WRITTEN OPINION In view of these two documents, claims 4-7 are practical issues, which are previously known from the cited document or are obvious to a person skilled in the art. The same argument that has been followed so far is valid for documents D03 and D04 and for the pair of documents D05 and D06. In D03 there is a support for mobile enclosure consisting of a guide (30) (see figure 10) that obviously must be anchored to the ceiling (see figure 1) and a hanger (20) that has means (34) to hold a panel (18) (see figures 2 and 3) and comprising treads (28) along the guide through which run means (24) run, to move the panel. It also includes guide means consisting of a track (32) along the guide and support means (36) in the hanger that run along said track (see figure 10). As with D02, in D04 we find the presence of guide rollers (17) that run along an external track consisting of the lower face of the main rail (see page 3, lines 31-34 and figures 4 and 5). ). The combination of these two documents D03 and D04 is considered obvious for the reasons already stated for the combination of documents D01 and D02. In D05 we also find a support for mobile enclosure comprising a guide (2) (see figure 2) that obviously must be anchored to the ceiling (10) (see figure 2) and a hanger (see figures 2 and 5) with means ( 28) for fastening a panel or other mobile element and comprising treads (12) along the guide through which the tread means (24) used to move the panel run. Likewise, it includes guiding means consisting of an internal track along the guide and support means (22a and 22b) in the hanger that run along said internal track (see figure 2). D06 returns to raise, as in D02 and D04, the existence of rollers (46) external to the tracks (32) along the guide (although in this case, they are not directly on the track of the guide, but exists an intermediate body (40) and there is also a guide piece (26) that covers said external bearings). Even so, it is considered that it contemplates all the technical characteristics of claim 3: second guiding means comprising an external track along the guide and second support means in the hanger facing said external track. In document D07, we also find the technical characteristics of claims 1 and 2 (see figures) and we can apply the same arguments indicated above for documents D01, D03 and D05. Therefore, in view of the foregoing, it is considered that claims 1-7.9 do not imply inventive activity.
