Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement Reivindicación 1: Claim 1: El documento más cercano a esta primera reivindicación encontrado en el estado de la técnica es el documento D01, en el que, al igual que en el documento base, se divulga un módulo multiconector pensado para incorporar diversas tomas conectoras para la conexión de aparatos a instalaciones eléctricas, de telefonía u otras, que comprende un perfil (20) de forma acanalada en "U", el cual posee en la embocadura conformaciones para el acoplamiento en montaje de elementos (42i), conectores o mecanismos de las instalaciones de aplicación, así como tapas (43) para cerrar los huecos intermedios entre dichos elementos (42i). Como se ve en sus figuras, especialmente en su figura 18, también posee aberturas (66) para la entrada de los cables de las instalaciones de aplicación hasta los elementos, estando provisto en su interior con conformaciones para el montaje de piezas longitudinales de perfil en "U", con las cuales se determinan conductos de alojamiento de los cables. (Cables (33) en la figura 13) Los extremos del perfil (20) incorporan asimismo unos marcos (22), sobre los cuales se disponen tapas de cierre o elementos de acoplamiento para la unión del módulo con otro módulo consecutivo. Por lo tanto, este documento anula la novedad de esta reivindicación independiente en el sentido establecido en el artículo 6 de la Ley 11/86 de Patentes.
