The invention, as stated in the present specification, refers to an improved fastening system for support bar on an individual anchoring base and / or on horizontal profiles, contributing to the function to which several advantages are destined and Innovative technical characteristics, which will be recorded in detail later, and that represent a remarkable improvement over similar systems known in the market for the same purpose.

In particular, the object of the invention is centered on an improved fastening system that supposes a new way of fixing a support bar, of the type destined for the exhibition of merchandise, on a horizontal profile and / or on an individual base, being provided of a housing channel, also contemplating the possibility that said profiles or bases can be fixed on, or between, a paneling of boards, a wall or another similar element. Field of application of the invention

The field of application of the present invention falls within the technical sector of the industry dedicated to the manufacture of furniture and other elements and accessories for the assembly of commercial premises, home, exhibition, etc. Background of the invention

At present, and as a reference to the state of the art, it should be noted that there are different types of profiles on the market for securing bars or shelves of the type concerned here.

In this sense, it is worth mentioning, as the most relevant documents related to such systems, the “Provision for hanging items or for the fixation of a shelf” described in patent no. ES2215744, or systems in which the same support bar is valid for both horizontal profile as for an individual anchor base, such as that described in WO2001 / 043599.

Likewise, it should be mentioned that the applicant himself is already the holder of two Utility Models No. ES200700960U and No. ES200801625U as well as of the Community Model 000410238-0001, relating to a fastening system for bars and supports of the type recommended herein.

However, these systems, although they give a satisfactory answer to the needs for which they are intended, present certain aspects that can be improved, specifically related to the particular configuration of the bar and to the peculiarities of the housings of the profile or of the individual base, this being the essential objective of the present invention, on whose fastening and fixing system for a support bar as described, no other invention has been found that has similar technical, structural or con fi guration characteristics. Thus, the improved fastening system for support bar on an individual anchor base and / or on horizontal profiles that the present invention proposes is con fi gured as a remarkable novelty within its field of application, the characterizing details distinguishing it, suitably set forth in the final claims that accompany the present specification.

Specifically, the recommended fastening system essentially comprises a profile whose front face has a deep housing channel that, more or less centered, runs along it longitudinally.

This accommodation channel has at its bottom a vertical wall whose bottom part comes out horizontally, forming an angle of 90 ° or slight inclination forming an angle of less than 90 °, a plane of a certain width. In this plane and at a certain distance from the bottom wall, located on the support surface and absolutely parallel to it, there is a groove, of a certain depth and height, which runs along the entire length of the accommodation channel. We will call this slot, anchor slot.

Likewise, from the top of this vertical bottom wall, and at a certain height it comes out horizontally, forming an angle of 90º or inclined forming an angle of more than 90º but always parallel to the bottom, a plane of the same width than the lower plane, thus configuring the housing channel with a certain depth and height.

In this upper plane, in its inner part, it is where the support bar stops at the top of its hitch terminal preventing the oscillation movement. This part will be called the upper stabilizing surface of the abutment, while the bottom wall, against which the support bar abuts when introduced, forcing it to take a position, we will call it the abutment and positioning bottom.

It should be noted that the system object of the invention contemplates various profile variants and that this configuration of the housing channel is common to all the profiles comprising the invention, some variation can be contemplated, while its outer part both upper and lower, come given, on the one hand, by a series of walls, grooves and ribs proper for holding the profile and giving the consistency necessary to withstand the effort to which it is going to be subjected, and on the other, each profile of the invention has con fi gurations different suitable to adapt to any type of decoration desired, being able to be mounted between crystals, methacrylates, stone, ceramics, plasterboard or plasterboards, boards, work, etc .., these elements can be fixed or some can be removed without doing so the profiles must be disassembled.

Thus, to cover the field of decoration, the invention proposes seven different profiles.

One of these profiles, due to its configuration, can be cut to the desired width and thus form an individual anchor base.

For its part, the support bar, is formed by three pieces: a front tube terminal whose configuration is variable depending on the function to which the support bar is to be destined, a tube portion and a hitch terminal, so which, together the three by drawing or welding, form the support bar.

The hitch terminal, the basis of the invention, is a flat piece of a certain width and a thickness much less than the height of the profile of the profile channel, which has an elevated edge on its upper face and at its end end. which gives a height almost equal to that of the profile accommodation channel. This raised edge is the one that, when introducing the bar in the profile accommodation channel and releasing it, stops at the top stabilizing surface of the accommodation channel, thus preventing them from oscillating movement to the support bar, and we will call it a song stabilizer.

Likewise, this hitch terminal, has on its lower face, and at a distance from its end end coinciding with the groove of anchoring the profile, a protruding edge of a width less than this and a height less than that of the stabilizing edge located on the upper face, so that when the support bar is inserted by lifting it upwards, this protruding edge can enter the interior of the profile housing channel and, while abutting its stop and positioning bottom and releasing it, it is inserted into the hook groove thus being fixed and anchored. To extract it, it will be enough to lift it slightly and pull it out. We will call this song a hitch song.

The described fastening system perfected for a support bar on an individual anchoring base and / or on horizontal profiles thus represents an innovative structure with structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now for this purpose, reasons that together with its practical utility, the they provide a sufficient foundation to obtain the privilege of exclusivity that is requested. In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, an example of a preferred embodiment of the invention can be observed therein, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and described in detail below.

Thus, as observed in these figures, the system that the invention advocates is applicable within the field of merchandise display, where a support bar (200) for hangers, shelves, displays, etc., can be introduced and fixed. within a housing channel (100) with each of the first to seventh horizontal profiles (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70) or in a certain portion of the seventh horizontal profile (70), which together with the trim frame (400) it forms the individual anchor base (80).

According to Figure 1, the support bar (200) can be observed, which contemplates the system object of the invention, duly mounted with the hitch terminal (201) and the front tube terminal (202) embedded in the tube (203 ).
