2. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement

A subject of the present invention is a capillary composition that includes resveratrol and / or oligomers thereof derived from the Vitis vinifera extract, milk cytokines, lactose, inositol, acetyl cysteine, acetyl methionine, Achillea millefolium extract, Cinchona succirubra extract, extract of Tussilago farfara, laminaria algae extract, Alaria esculenta extract and panthenyl ethyl ether / panthenol (claims 1 to 19) as well as its use as a lotion or hair shampoo to prevent hair loss (claim 20).

D01 discloses a composition to prevent hair loss comprising N-acetylcysteine, cysteine, methionine, Sadenosylmethionine or N-acetyl methionyl arginine, resveratrol, viniferin or grape extract and arginine or lysine. The composition is applied as a lotion one to three times a day on the scalp. He mentions that resveratrol is an activator of human sirtuins.

D02 anticipates a composition to regulate hair follicle tropism and / or sebum skin production that includes the combination of plant extracts that inhibit the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase - such as Boehmeria nippononivea - and a compound that acts at the level of the sulfur donor epithelial structure and / or antioxidant. Among the latter, it uses cysteine or methionine and, among the antioxidant compounds, resveratrol. It has the advantage of preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth in areas without hair.

D03 anticipates a pharmaceutical and / or cosmetic composition that contains as active components extracts of Serenoa repens and Vitis vinifera and its use in scalp disorders such as alopecia. The composition contains, among other components, Vitis vinifera extract, methionine and cysteine.

D04 discloses a dermatological pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of skin inflammation pathologies such as dermatitis, alopecia areata or psoriasis comprising an anti-inflammatory, a combination of antioxidants, including resveratrol, and one or more optional active ingredients.

NEW AND INVENTIVE ACTIVITY

In the literature consulted, consisting of patent documents and scientific publications, the use of resveratrol has been found, together with some of the components that are part of the composition object of the present invention, to prevent hair loss being known in the state of the art the use of any of the aforementioned components separately for this purpose, as is the case of Trichigenic Auxin containing Tussilago farfara L., Achillea millefolium L. and Cinchona officinalis L.

However, in the documentation and databases consulted, a hair composition has not been found that contains all the components such as that which is the object of the present invention, as well as its use as a lotion or hair shampoo to prevent hair loss.

Accordingly, claims 1 to 20 meet the requirements of novelty and inventive activity.
