Thus, the umbrella backpack object of the present invention is constituted from a housing manufactured in hard plastic in which the umbrella stays inside properly folded, going outside at the time of your opening. This housing is provided with a harness, which by means of Straps are attached by the shoulders to the user's trunk. At Inside the housing and on both sides it has two tubes corrugated solidary subjects. Inside these tubes fluted up and down two other tubes telescopically closed that join each other by its lower end by a plate attached to the closed tubes in a solidary manner. This plate It has two pulleys of different diameters; one of smaller diameter and another one of greater diameter, superimposed and joined by a pin or screw. These closed tubes slide down the corrugated pipes subject to the housing with a vertical movement. Inside it It houses a spring for each closed tube. The closed tubes are they find each other united in solidarity through a first Naughty at the top provided with holes where A first cable runs along the entire umbrella. In the upper ends of the tubes are two holes in the that two folding arms are held by pins. Sayings folding arms get a movement of one hundred eighty degrees from the pick up position to the extended position. Halfway of its length is a second naughty attached to both folding arms in solidarity. In the second naughty one hold one end of a second cable that is wrapped in the pulley of greater diameter. The ends of these arms are they find screwed to the umbrella, composed of a central body formed by two overlapping guides joined at its front end by a fixed piece that holds, by means of a suitable union, a third pulley that receives the first cable from the smaller pulley diameter. This first cable runs parallel to the guides superimposed to the rear end of these where it finds a second fixed piece, attached in solidarity, which holds a fourth to fifth fixed pulley provided with pins that they receive the first cable that continues parallel to the folding arms and that reaches the pulley of smaller diameter, rotates around it and ascends back to the umbrella. The largest diameter pulley is provided with opposite grooves. At each end of the guides superimposed two articulated pieces are installed, one anterior and posterior, changing the degrees of their angles to tenor of the thrust that two mobile crowns make in them, one anterior and posterior after traveling in the opposite direction, a with respect to the other, the overlapping guides run through them end to end operated by the cited cable. These crowns hold the umbrella rods, which will be described to then and they are connected to the parts articulated differently. The anterior mobile crown joins the previous articulated piece at the bottom and contains two front internal pushrods that open or close when the previous articulated piece moves. The mobile crown Rear contains two internal pushrod inner rods that they open or close when the rear articulated piece moves to the move the rear mobile crown. From the previous mobile crown from the upper guide split two anterior external rods of a angle smaller than the previous internal rods that join by two tubes of the same diameter as the external rods anterior at the top of the previous articulated piece. Two posterior external rods forming an angle smaller than internal rear rods leave the rear of the rear articulated piece that is closest to the folding arm joint. These external rods anterior and posterior external rods have an opening of up to one hundred and eighty degrees vertically and sixty degrees in horizontal sense
As when folding the umbrella performs the folding and storing movement in the housing, it normally does wet. For this, a lower part of the housing is installed valve uncovered at the time of umbrella storage thus achieving the emptying of the housing.
The operation of the mechanism consists of pull a cable in one direction, it passes through the fixed pulley and drive the mobiles, until it reaches the top of the fixed pulley obtaining the exit and unfolding of the umbrella. When pulling the cable in the opposite direction by not preventing the fixed pulley from traveling, it remains flaccid and folds into the housing.
Another embodiment is constituted from that The proposed system applies to parasols.
In another embodiment the fluted tubes of the housing are of any geometric shape applicable to the circumstances.
Differently the shell material can be leather, plastic, aluminum or other material thereof characteristics of sufficient hardness and weight.
