Thus, the backpack umbrella object of the present invention is constituted from a housing made of hard plastic in which the properly folded umbrella remains inside, going outside at the time of opening. This housing is provided with a harness, which by means of straps is attached by the shoulders to the trunk of the user.In the interior of the carcass and on both sides there are two corrugated pipes fastened jointly. plate holds the tubes closed in a solidary manner. This plate has two poles of different diameters; a smaller diameter and a larger diameter, superimposed and joined by a pin or screw. These closed tubes slide along the corrugated pipes attached to the housing with a vertical movement. Inside there is a spring for each closed tube. The closed tubes are joined together with each other by means of a first crossbar by its upper part provided with holes where a first cable runs along the entire umbrella. At the upper ends of the tubes there are two holes in which two folding arms are held by pins. Said folding arms achieve a movement of one hundred and eighty degrees from the pick up position to the extended position. About half of its length is a second cross-section with both folding arms in a solidary way. In the second cross-section it is attached to the end of a second cable that is wound on the pulley of greater diameter. The ends of these arms are screwed to the umbrella, composed of a central body formed by two superimposed guides joined at its front end by a fixed piece that holds, by means of a suitable union, a third pulley that receives the first cable from the pulley of smaller diameter. This first cable runs parallel to the superimposed guides up to the rear end of these where there is a second fixed piece, fixed in solidarity, which holds a fourth to fifth fixed pulley provided with pins that receives the first cable that continues parallel to the folding arms and that reaches the pulley of smaller diameter, rotates its around and ascends back to the umbrella. The larger diameter pulley is provided with opposite grooves. At each end of the superimposed guides, two articulated pieces are installed, an anterior and a posterior one, changing the degrees of their angular angles of the thrust that two mobile crowns make in them, an anterior and a posterior one that running in the opposite direction, one relative to the other, the superimposed guides they run from one end to the other driven by the cited cable. Said crowns hold the umbrella rods, which will be described below and that are connected with the articulated pieces of different mode. The anterior car crown is a previous articulated cleaning for its lower part and containing internal pusher front rods that open or close when the previous articulated piece moves. The rear moving crown contains two internal pushrod inner rods that open or close when the rear articulated piece moves as the rear moving crown moves. From the anterior movable crown of the upper guide part of the bar, the anterior lanterns of a smaller angle than the previous internal rods, which are in the middle of the tubes with the same diameter as the external external rods at the top of the previous articulated part. Two rear external rods forming a smaller angle than the internal rear rods leave the rear of the rear articulated part that is closest to the articulation of the folding arms. These external external rods and rear external rods have an opening of up to one hundred and eighty degrees vertically and sixty degrees in a horizontal direction.
As when the umbrella is folded, it makes the movement of folded and protected in the housing, it usually becomes wet. For the install, install a valve in the lower part of the housing that is uncovered in the moment of storage of the umbrella, thus emptying the housing.
The operation of the mechanism consists in pulling a cable in one direction, it passes through the pulley and sets the cars, until it reaches the fixed pulley height, obtaining the unfolding umbrella umbrella every day. When pulling the cable in the opposite direction to the fixed pulley, it remains fl acid and unfolds into the housing.
