Object of the invention

The present invention relates to a tray stackable, which has application in the production industry of containers and containers, preferably for containment, storage and transportation of food products, such as fruits and vegetables, allowing to obtain a tray that has a high resistance, which allows stacking without produce deformations, particularly buckling effects, in the tray structure.

The stackable tray proposed by the invention is an orthogonal quadrangular tray or box, preferably  rectangular, open at the top, through which it is accessible inside the box, having a small height.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

Likewise, each tester (3) is delimited from bottom (1) by a lower creasing line (11) comprising,  in a centered position, a groove (10) defining a tab lower (9) oriented in prolongation of the plane that forms the tester (3), said lower tab (9) being configured to contact the upper ends of the heads (3) of a tray located inferiorly in stacking situation, avoiding buckling effects on the heads (3) of said lower tray.

In view of this description and game of figures, the expert in the field may understand that the Embodiments of the invention that have been described may be combined in multiple ways within the object of the invention. The invention has been described according to some embodiments. Claims (4)

1. Stackable tray, obtainable from a die-cut sheet by folding and gluing operations, comprising a bottom (1), two sides (2) and two heads (3), each tester (3) extending in an upper segment ( 4) configured to fold through a first upper crease line (6) into the box and be attached to an inner face of said tester (3), characterized in that each upper segment (4) comprises a second upper crease line (7) parallel and very close to the first upper creasing line (6), comprising a superior support surface (5), delimited between said upper creasing lines (6, 7), of small width and arrangement substantially parallel to the bottom (1), said upper support surfaces (5) being configured to avoid buckling effects on the heads (3), when at least two trays are arranged in a stacking situation. 2. Stackable tray according to claim 1, characterized in that each upper segment (4) comprises, in an intermediate position, a die cutting line (8), substantially parallel to the upper creasing lines (6, 7), said said configuration being configured die cutting line (8) to allow the folding of the upper segment (4) and the adhesion of its end sector to the inner face of the tester (3). 3. Stackable tray, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that each tester (3) is delimited from the bottom (1) by a lower creasing line (11) comprising, in a centered position, a groove (10) defining a lower flange (9) oriented in prolongation of the plane formed by the tester (3), said lower flange (9) being configured to contact the upper ends of the testers (3) of a tray located inferiorly in a stacking situation, avoiding buckling effects on the heads (3) of said lower tray. 4. Stackable tray, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is made of cardboard.
