Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un material de extrusión basado en productos lineales de policondensación, en el que se añade a estos polímeros una proporción de una sustancia hasta un máximo de un 2% en peso, cuya sustancia en dicha proporción espesa el polímero en estado fundido en una extensión tal que la relación entre la velocidad de flujo del polímero sin mezclar determinada por medio del plastómero de extrusión de acuerdo con la A.S.T.M. D 1238-52 T a la velocidad de flujo de este polímero mezclado con el agente espesante asciende por lo menos a 1,5, caracterizado porque los polímeros en forma granular, con un contenido máximo de humedad de 0,1% en peso, se someten a rotación con parafina fundida que tenga un punto de fusión por lo menos de 30º C. y con el agente espesante después de lo cual se hace que se solidifique la capa de cera de parafina sobre los gránulos recubiertos.
