Abstract

Un envase de cartón plegable tipo contenedor, profundo, de fácil llenado, formando a partir de una lámina unitaria de cartón plegable, que comprende un cuerpo de envase que tiene una pared inferior, un par opuesto de paredes laterales principales frontal y posterior, y un par opuesto de paredes laterales secundarias conectadas plegablemente entre sí y a dicha pared inferior y que se levantan desde la misma para formar un recinto en forma de caja abierto en la parte superior; comprendiendo dicha pared frontal de cuerpo un par de paneles frontales interior y exterior generalmente coplanares conectados plegablemente en sus bordes exteriores a bordes laterales de paredes laterales secundarias relacionadas y que tienen, adyacentes a sus bordes internos, porciones marginales dispuestas en relación de recubrimiento; y presentando dichos paneles líneas hendidas divergentes que se extienden desde un punto situado cerca del centro de dicha pared frontal a las esquinas superiores de dicha pared frontal para definir un par de sub-paneles de forma generalmente triangular que pueden plegarse hacia afuera desde el plano de dicha pared frontal a lo largo de dichas líneas hendidas para facilitar el llenado de dicho envase y que pueden plegarse hacia atrás al plano de dicha pared frontal después de terminar el llenado; caracterizado porque dicha porción marginal de panel interior tiene su sección superior rebajada desde su sección inferior, de forma que cuando se aplica con máquina adhesivo a la periferia de dicha sección inferior, dicha sección superior permanecerá libre de adhesivo para permitir que dichos subpaneles se plieguen hacia afuera para llenar el envase.
