Abstract

Una molécula de ácido nucleico sustancialmente pura que comprende: (i) una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica la alfa-fetoproteína recombinante humana (rHuAFP); (ii) un promotor específico de la leche, estando dicho promotor ligado operativamente a dicha secuencia que codifica rHuAFP; y (iii) una secuencia líder que codifica una señal secretora de proteínas que permite la secreción de dicha rHuAFP por las células productoras de leche en la leche de un mamífero.
