Description of the invention

Guided rotating carriage. This invention is refers to a new ground conveyor in an inverted position.

It consists of guides made with profiles of omega and square tubes that go welded to plates made by oxicorte for maximum accuracy.

Within these guides a car moves It is doubly guided, thanks to its bearings that run through of the guides mentioned above. Also the car turns on its same axis, having a bushing attached to its sheet metal body, which It has two Teflon bearings inside, on the which rests a tree rack-holder.

At the bottom of said tree, there is fixed a pinion that meshes with an auxiliary chain and makes the tree turn at the same time as the main chain, which displaces all the set.

Mode of realization of the invention

The rail will be formed by a sheet or cartouche (10) with the desired shape, to which two tubes are attached in longitudinal sense, with two functions; give body to the rail and to be able to settle it well on the ground. In said sheet (10) there is a accommodation at each end of it, one of them houses two omega profiles, which are mounted facing and soldiers, forming the main lane (1).
