Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de ácido tereftálico por calentamiento de sales de los ácidos benzolcarbónicos, en caso dado de presencia de presión de dióxido de carbono, a temperaturas superiores a los 300º y separación del ácido tereftálico por acidificación, caracterizado porque, después del tratamiento térmico, se disuelve el producto de reacción en agua, la solución,en caso dado después de filtrada, se adifica con el ácido benzolcarbónico que sirve como material inicial, por ejemplo, con ácido benzoico, ácido ftálico o sus anhidridos, ventajosamente en caliente y se separa el ácido tereftálico.
