Description

Conditioning device for assemblies of plate and door or window handle.

The invention relates to a device of conditioning of plate and door handle assemblies or window, which in particular comprises a box to house the fixing accessories and others of the set, associated with a panel of product presentation, on which the handle is fixed set drive.

It is known that to present the sets of plate and door handle on the shelves of large DIY surfaces, there are exhibitor systems, made of plastic or cardboard material.

The invention aims to solve the gaps in existing systems and also:

allow the presentation on the shelves of the door assemblies provided of fixing pins,

facilitate the implementation for the industrialist,

facilitate the recycling of discarded packaging,

allow the consumer manipulate the door handle,

regroup the fixing accessories (square, screws, key ...) Y

prevent theft of the accessories.

It is proposed in fact according to the invention, a conditioning device of a plate and handle assembly of door or window, of the type comprising a box to house the fixing accessories and others of the plate and handle assembly, and a product presentation panel, device that is characterized because the box includes a raised sleeve suitable for enter the hole in the square of the handle of the plate and handle assembly, and positioning stop elements of the plate of the plate and handle assembly, the box being held on the back of the panel, mounted with its sleeve and its stop elements that pass through the panel through holes suitable, the handle of the plate assembly being mounted and handle with its plate on the front printed side of the panel, the handle being fixed to said sleeve and the plate applied by the handle on the panel between said elements butt, and thus immobilized in rotation on the panel.

The invention is illustrated below with help of an exemplary embodiment and with reference to the drawings annexes, in which:

The conditioning device of a semi-set of door plate and handle, such as is represented in figures 1 and 2 comprises a panel 1 of product presentation, a box 3 fixed on the back side of the panel, and a semi-door assembly 5 consisting of a maneuvering handle 7 and a plate of associated bezel 9.

The panel is a cardboard plate printed on the front face and eventually on the back face, provided with a upper suspension hole 11 to a rack bar presentation of self-service items. It has a form rectangular, suitable for supporting vertically with a large margin the 9 plate fixed on its front face.

Box 3, also visible in figures 3 and 4, includes a hollow body part 13, suitable for housing the square 15 of the handle and fixing screws 17 of the door plate that should receive it, and an articulated lid 19 laterally on the body part 13 for its opening and its closure, respectively allowing access to these elements 15, 17 and its secure closure, with no possible access unless the Door assembly explained below.

Said box 3, which has been molded into a plastic material, comprises hooks 21 on its lid, intended to be inserted by interlocking, during closing, in complementary couplings 23 formed on the body.

The box also includes a sleeve part 25, mounted on the body and suitable for protruding on the cover 19 a through a suitable oblong hole 27, which allows to open the top. Said sleeve part 25 is formed with a section essentially rectangular, suitable for insertion into the hole square 29 of the handle, and an internal hole 31 suitable for receive a sleeve expansion screw 33 mounted on the back of the box.

This sleeve part 25 is rotatably mounted. on the body of the box, preset to the latter in rotation with help of a break tongue, and associated with a device of 35 indexing of the rotation, with a bulge over a complementary elastic projection, which allows to stop the rotation of the handle in certain positions, for example, in certain angles relative to the plate, parallel or perpendicularly or others, Regarding the latter.

The box also comprises two lower fins 37, which extend each out of the closed lid on each lower body angle. Said fins 37 extend towards the exterior longitudinally at a height of the lid equal to the thickness of panel 1, with a tight fit, allow hitching by sliding (figure 1) of the box into holes complementary 39 of the panel, and constitute said stop elements to immobilize the rotating positioning of the plate 9 on panel 1.

The device assembly will now be described. with reference to figures 5 and 6.

Box 3 is first fixed on the panel 1 for its lower hook fin elements 37, which they are inserted in the complementary oblong holes 39 of the panel and engage by sliding towards the bottom of the box, while sleeve 25 is inserted into the oblong hole superior 41 planned for it in the panel, surpassing the latter between 2 and 4 cm approximately towards the front.

The semi-set is then fixed of plate 9 and associated handle 7 on the panel, the hole being 29 square of the handle oriented according to the arrows for receive sleeve 25 from the box. Finally the panel can receive two semi-sets of plate and door handle, each one with its associated box arranged on the back of the panel.

Claims (10)

Device for conditioning a door and window plate and handle assembly, of the type comprising a box (3) for housing the fixing accessories and others (15, 17) of the plate and handle assembly, and a panel ( 1) of presentation of the product, characterized in that the box (3) comprises a sleeve in relief (25), suitable for insertion into the square hole (29) of the handle (7) of the plate and handle assembly, and elements of stop (37) of positioning of the plate (9) of the plate and handle assembly, the case (9) being held on the back of the panel (1), mounted with its sleeve (25) and its stop elements (37 ) that pass through the panel (1) through suitable holes, the handle (7) of the plate and handle assembly with its plate (9) being mounted on the printed front face of the panel (1), which handle (7) is fixed to said sleeve (25) and the plate (9) applied by the handle (7) is positioned on the panel (1), between said elements of stop and thus immobilized in rotation on the panel (1). 2. Device for conditioning a door and window handle and plate assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (3) has a length less than the minimum inter-axis of the eventual pins (43) of the plate (9) and also its fixation to the handle (7) is provided so that the pins (43) pass through the panel (1) on both sides of the box (3). 3. Device for conditioning a door or window handle and plate assembly according to one of claims 1, 2, characterized in that the fixing of the handle (7) or the plate to the sleeve (25) of the box is ensured by a threaded rod (33) mounted through the back of the case (33) to the inside of a suitable hole (31) of the sleeve and allowing the latter to expand to fix it in the square hole (29) of the bracelet. 4. Conditioning device of a door or window handle and plate assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that if the product presentation panel (1) is not useful, it can be suppressed and in this case, the assembly of handle (7) and plate (9) applied against the box (3), the latter then comprising a hooking element for hanging on the self-service shelves. 5. Device for conditioning a door and window handle and plate assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sleeve part (25) is mounted rotatably on the body of the box, preset to it in rotation with the aid of a rupture tongue, and associated with an indexing device (35) of the rotation, with a protrusion on a complementary elastic projection, which allows to stop the rotation of the handle in certain positions, for example at certain angles relative to the plate. 6. Device for conditioning a door and window handle and plate assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the box (3) comprises a device (35) for indexing the rotation of the sleeve (25) , thus allowing the rotation of the handle (7) and its maintenance in positions suitable for presentation, mainly parallel to the plate (9) or perpendicular to the latter. 7. Device for conditioning a door and window handle and plate assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the box includes a hollow body part (13), suitable for housing the square (15) of the handle and the fixing screws (17) of the plate to the door that should receive it, and a cover (19) articulated laterally on the body part (13) for its opening and closing, respectively allowing access to said elements (15, 16 ) and its secure closure, with no possible access unless the door handle and plate assembly is removed. 8. Device for conditioning a door and window handle and plate assembly according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the box comprises two lower fins (37), each extending out of the closed lid at each lower angle of the body, said fins (37) extending outwards, longitudinally at a height of the cover equal to the thickness of the panel (1), with a tight fit, allowing the sliding of the box to be engaged in complementary holes (39) of the panel and constituting said stop elements for immobilizing the rotating positioning of the plate (9) on the panel (1). 9. Device for conditioning a door and window handle and plate assembly according to one of claims 7 or 8, characterized in that it can receive a rosette and its handle with its pins, which are inserted into holes of the lid in both sides of the passage hole of the sleeve (25), respectively a lower circular hole (47) and an upper open semicircular hole (49), or other combined plate and handle units for windows. 10. Device for conditioning a door or window handle and plate assembly according to one of claims 1 to 3, 5 to 9, characterized in that the panel receives two semi-assemblies of door and window handle and handle, each with its associated box arranged on the back of the panel.
