A hermetically sealed, thin-walled plastic container which has suffered a creep effect due to increased pressure within the container, said container having a wall and a base defined by a central part surrounded by separate feet on which the container it is freely placed in an upright position, and band parts that radiate from the central part, extending between the feet and crossing up to the wall, said band parts acting to restrict the flow movement of the central part, so to prevent it from protruding through the plane that contains the surfaces of the feet on which the container freely rests in an upright position.
