Abstract
Máquina para la extracción automática y clasificación de materiales reciclables basada en la tecnología de visión artificial. La máquina consta de una cinta transportadora (1), un sistema de visión (2), un sistema de extracción (3), y un armario de control (4). La máquina por medio del sistema de visión identifica el material a separar basándose en un atributo dimensional, de color o forma o una combinación de los mismos según el tipo de material a separar. Un sistema de extracción que puede ser neumático (soplado o aspiración) o por medio de robots y/o manipuladores conectados al sistema de visión. La máquina resuelve de forma satisfactoria el problema de la separación de algunos materiales reciclables que en la actualidad se efectúa manualmente como los metales no ferromagnéticos, plásticos, vidrio, etc. Asimismo la máquina mejora notablemente las condiciones de salubridad de los operarios empleados en el proceso de selección y separación de materiales reciclables.Machine for automatic extraction and classification of recyclable materials based on artificial vision technology.
