La que hoy se presenta duplica el muelle y substituye la protección de aluminio por un eje intermedio que puede ser de piedra, en cuyos extremos se sitúan los muelles. teniendo entre ellos un eje (5) de piedra o metal que se incrusta
en ellos, en los muelles. Todos estos elementos están protegidos por
una carcasa (1). Su intercambiabilidad radica en la disposición de
las piedras sobre las que se asienta la base, como se describirá
después. Esto dota de gran versatilidad a la construcción, pues,
puede cambiar con el tiempo el modelo de las carcasas de las 1
columnas, bien por cambiar el aspecto de la casa, o bien para
reparar la posible oxidación de los muelles o agrietado del

La Columna antisísmica mejorada para la construcción, se caracteriza por su absorción de temblores y por su asentamiento en el suelo. En cuanto al primer concepto, la columna está formada por una carcasa (1) exterior, independiente del capitel (8) y de la base (2). Estos últimos se prolongan interiormente en un cono (3 y 7) para poder sujetar cada uno un muelle metálico (4 y 6). Entre ambos muelles se sitúa un eje (5), metálico también, o de piedra, que conforma el cuerpo interno de la columna. Respecto del segundo concepto, la base de la columna queda asentada sobre unas baldosas o piedras móviles. La inmediata inferior (11), tiene una forma especial. Por un lateral, termina en cuña achatada, y por el opuesto, se prolonga en un asa (12) ligeramente elevada. De esta manera, al quitar las baldosas inmediatas (13 y 14), se puede levantar el asa (12), con lo que la baldosa pivotará por el lateral opuesto, y el muelle de la columna cederá lo suficiente para poder liberar la baldosa que aquélla otra tiene debajo (16). Una vez separada ésta, la baldosa del asa (11-12) se puede descender y se puede quitar, y con ella, también la columna desciende y se separa del capitel. Así se pueden cambiar los muelles cada cierto tiempo. El número de columnas de la casa deberá ser superior a lo previsto para que la reparación de una de las columnas no pueda descompensar el peso. La baldosa inmediata superior a la del asa (13) tendrá un hueco para recibir el asa y disimularla para que no se aprecie la protuberancia cuando el suelo esté acabado.The improved anti-seismic column for construction is characterized by its absorption of tremors and its settlement on the ground.
