Abstract
Procedimiento para la producción de alcohol a base de lejías residuales de sulfito, caracterizado porque la lejía residual, después de su graduación a un ph entre 4,5 y 7,0 es mezclada con un cultivo de penicilio (hongo mohoso), o con un extracto acuoso de tal cultivo, siendo seguidamente convertida en alcohol mediante fermentación de modo conocido con levadura, preferentemente con levadura seca, y porque se separa por destilación el alcohol que se ha formado.
