Abstract

Producción de giberelinas, GA1 y GA3 mediante fermentaciones con estirpes silvestres del hongo Gibberella Fujikuroi. Es objeto de esta invención un método de producción de giberelinas (especialmente GA1 y GA3) mediante estirpes silvestres de Gibberella fujikuroi, sin necesidad de manipulación genética previa del hongo. El método es independiente de la estirpe silvestre del hongo Gibberella fujikuroi que se utilice. En un primer paso se inocula las estirpes en un medio complejo y la fermentación se lleva a cabo con agitación orbital a una temperatura que oscila entre 22 y 32ºC y en un período de tiempo que va de los 5 a los 15 días. Finalizada la fermentación, el caldo de cultivo se filtra, se acidifica y se extrae con disolventes orgánicos.
