Fixed electric induction apparatus provided with a plurality of axially aligned and axially spaced truncated cone-shaped electric windings submerged in a dielectric liquid, characterized in that inclined cooling conduits are provided between the conical windings, if a liquid is used dielectric whose boiling temperature is within the normal operating temperature range of the apparatus; if a cylinder of insulating material is provided, which externally surrounds the windings and separates them from the outer casing of the apparatus; and that a vertical conduit for the passage of the heated dielectric liquid and its vapors is separated from the return conduit of the cold dielectric liquid by the insulation cylinder.
