Abstract

Alimento microencapsulado para larvas de peces y procedimiento para su elaboración. Con el presente invento se consigue una microcápsula que incluye una dieta completa para larvas de peces, particularmente para peces marinos, por medio de una técnica de bajo coste. Así mismo, se puede microencapsular células aisladas o ingredientes aislados que permite su utilización en estudios de nutrición. Las microcápsulas obtenidas tienen un tamaño y textura óptimos para ser utilizado por larvas de peces marinos, siendo aceptadas y digeridas tanto por larvas de especies pelágicas como bentónicas. Las microcápsulas conseguidas se dispersan fácilmente en agua y se pueden almacenar en seco durante largos periodos sin que se vean modificadas sus características.
