Abstract
Dispersión de un híbrido de poliuretano y polímero con una alta dureza de las películas, caracterizada porque contiene los componentes de reacción (A) de 3 a 25 % de un componente poliol que consta de (B) de 2 a 20 % en peso de un componente poliisocianato que consta de uno o varios poliisocianatos, homólogos de poliisocianatos y/o derivados de poliisocianatos con dos o más grupos de isocianato alifáticos y/o aromáticos, (C) eventualmente de 0 a 6 % en peso de un componente disolvente que consta de (i) por lo menos un disolvente orgánico que es inerte frente a los poliisocianatos, que, después de la preparación de la dispersión de un híbrido de poliuretano y polímero, permanece en ésta o es eliminado total o parcialmente por destilación, y/o (ii) por lo menos un diluyente reactivo que es inerte frente a los poliisocianatos, que consta de por lo menos un compuesto orgánico que es inerte frente a los poliisocianatos, con uno o varios enlaces dobles polimerizables por radicales, (D) de 0, 15 a1, 5 % en peso de un componente de neutralización que consta de por lo menos una base inorgánica u orgánica, (E) de 0, 1 a 1 % en peso de un componente de prolongación de cadena que consta de por lo menos una poliamina con dos o más grupos amino que son reactivos frente a los poliisocianatos, (F) de 5 a 40 % en peso de un componente monómero que consta de por lo menos un monómero con uno o varios enlaces dobles polimerizables por radicales, y agua como resto, obtenible mediante el recurso de que en la etapa de reacción (a) se prepara primeramente una dispersión de base de poliuretano.
