Abstract
Proceso para la deshidratación de un producto de fermentación de deshechos biógenos caracterizado porque a. el producto de fermentación es deshidratado continuadamente en un dispositivo de deshidratación con un mando por tornillo sin fin (10) donde en la caja (11) del dispositivo de deshidratación (10) sobre un eje (14) se encuentra un tornillo sin fin (13) que rota y el tornillo sin fin (13) en toda su extensión esta rodeado por un colador coaxial fijo y el colador (12) y el tornillo sin fin (13) se estrecha en la superficie L del dispositivo de deshidratación (10) y el tamaño del agujero en la superficie L se reduce y b. el producto de fermentación con un recorrido de 5 a 20 minutos, preferentemente de 10 a 15 minutos, recorre el dispositivo de deshidratación donde el juego del tornillo sin fin (13) es de entre 25 % y el 35 %, preferentemente del 30 % del diámetro del colador (12).
