Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de una preforma a partir de gránulos (A), de por lo menos una resina termoplástica sustancialmente en estado cristalino, en el curso del cual se realizan las operaciones sucesivas siguientes: - secado de los gránulos (A), en unos medios de secado (2) conectados en su salida a una extruidora (3), - fusión de los granulados de resina secados, en la extruidora (3) e - inyección de la resina fundida en un molde y desmoldeo de la preforma, caracterizado porque la operación de secado se realiza en por lo menos dos etapas distintas sucesivas: - en una primera etapa, se secan los gránulos (A) de resina sustancialmente en estado cristalino durante un tiempo predeterminado (t1) a una temperatura de secado (T1) predeterminada, - en una segunda etapa, se continúa el secado de los gránulos procedentes de la primera etapa a una temperatura de secado (T2) que es estrictamente superior a la temperatura de secado (T1) de la primera etapa, y durante un tiempo (t2) que es estrictamente inferior al tiempo (t1) de la primera etapa.
