Abstract

Un conjunto (10) de cierre a presión reducida para una aparato para mezclar fluidos a presión reducida, que tiene un sistema cerrado que comprende: un eductor (36) que tiene una entrada de fluido, una salida de fluido (40) y una zona a presión reducida; un primer conducto de fluido (51) conectado por un primer extremo a un contenedor (21) que contiene producto líquido concentrado, y por un segundo extremo a la zona a presión reducida del eductor (36); un conjunto de válvula de cierre a presión reducida (20) en comunicación de fluidos con un conectador de entrada (18), un segundo conducto de fluido (57) y la entrada al eductor (36); estando el segundo conducto de fluido (57) conectado por un primer extremo al primer conducto de fluido (51) y por un segundo extremo al conjunto de válvula de cierre a presión reducida (20); en que, durante el uso, un diluyente fluido pasa a través del conectador de entrada (18), a través del conjunto de válvula de cierre a presión reducida (20), y en el eductor(36) y sale por la salida (40), cuando el diluyente fluido pasa a través del eductor (36), se produce una presión reducida en el primer conducto de fluido (51); esta presión reducida extrae producto líquido concentrado desde el contenedor (21) hasta el eductor (36), para mezclarlo con el diluyente fluido y pasar hacia fuera de la salida (40); la extracción de producto desde el contenedor (21) continúa hasta que el contenedor (21) se vacía y se colapsa sobre sí mismo, actuando la presión reducida resultante sobre el conjunto de válvula de cierre a presión reducida (20) cerrando el paso al suministro de diluyente fluido.
