Abstract
Aparato para desgasificar aluminio fundido (11) que comprende una canaleta de entrega (31) abierta por los extremos, que drena naturalmente, que tiene una profundidad de 50 cm o menos y un conjunto de inyección de gas en la canaleta, caracterizado porque el conjunto de inyección de gas comprende al menos un inyector de gas movible mecánicamente para inyectar gas en metal fundido (11), medios para hacer girar el al menos un inyector de gas alrededor de un eje geométrico vertical central del mismo, y un soporte para el al menos un inyector de gas, comprendiendo dicho al menos un inyector de gas un rotor (10) que tiene una superficie inferior y una superficie lateral cilíndrica (14), teniendo dicha superficie inferior de dicho rotor al menos una abertura (19) y teniendo dicha superficie lateral cilíndrica aberturas, y un eje giratorio vertical (16) que encierra a un ánima axial (24, 54) que desemboca en un espacio central (28) dentro del rotor, en cuyo espacio central (28) se cortan canales radiales (22) que conducen a dichas aberturas en la superficie lateral cilíndrica exterior (14) del rotor, y con cuyo espacio central (28) comunica dicha al menos una abertura (19) en la superficie inferior del rotor, y en que la superficie lateral cilíndrica exterior (14) es continuamente lisa y no comprende aberturas, aparte de las formadas por los canales (22).
