Abstract

Aislamiento térmico bioclimático para exterior de edificios y cerramientos tanto de obra nueva como ya existentes constituido por una estructura multicapa cuyos componentes aseguran una alta resistencia a la transferencia térmica y que además aportan una facilidad al paso del vapor de agua, evitando la condensación de dicho vapor de agua sobre las paredes interiores o exteriores del edificio o alguna de las juntas intersticiales entre las sucesivas capas. El aislamiento comprende una capa de placas de corcho negro tratado térmicamente, sujetas mediante una capa de adhesivo permeable y un soporte mecánico de anclajes, necesario en algunos casos y una capa de revoco de mortero cal en cuyo seno se encuentra una malla de fibra de vidrio. Opcionalmente el aislamiento puede presentar una capa de acabado exterior, siendo todas las capas permeables.
