Abstract

Aparato para cortar o trocear verduras en porciones de formas tridimensionales diferentes que comprende un bastidor de base que soporta un primer recipiente para recoger residuos, encima del cual se monta un tambor que es accionado de modo que gira alrededor de un eje horizontal. En su periferia, dicho tambor presenta medios cortadores para rallar verduras y substancialmente en la superficie superior de las verduras, se aplica presión mediante medios prensadores, corriente arriba de los cuales se prevé una entrada de alimentación de verduras, mientras que corriente abajo de dichos medios prensadores se prevén medios limpiadores para dichos medios cortadores. Está previsto un segundo recipiente en el interior de dicho tambor para recoger las verduras cortadas o troceadas.
