Abstract

Procedimiento de control del contenido de hidrocarburos de un vapor que circula en una instalación equipada con un sistema de aspiración de vapor. Procedimiento de control del contenido de hidrocarburos de una mezcla de vapor de aire/hidrocarburos que circula a partir de un punto de aspiración, que incluye: - un circuito de aspiración de vapor, formado por una bomba de aspiración, que permite la circulación de vapor, con un caudal de vapor Qv, y - un dispositivo electrónico de mando asociado a medios de ajuste del caudal de vapor Qv, especialmente con una electroválvula proporcional conectada al circuito de aspiración de vapor, caracterizado porque - se conecta al circuito de aspiración de vapor un dispositivo de determinación del contenido de hidrocarburos de los vapores aspirados, formado por la asociación de un caudalímetro volumétrico y un captador de medida de presión relativa, - se determina el contenido de hidrocarburos del vapor que circula en el circuito de aspiración de vapor, teniendo en cuenta la masa volumétrica r y la viscosidad m de dicho vapor, y - se produce una orden o una alarma, o se para la instalación si se comprueba que dicho contenido de hidrocarburos se sitúa en un intervalo predeterminado.
