Abstract

Un método para aumentar la velocidad de hibridación de ácidos nucleicos en un ensayo de ácidos nucleicos, comprendiendo dicho método: a) unir moléculas de sonda de ácidos nucleicos de secuencia conocida a un soporte sólido; b) marcar moléculas de ácidos nucleicos diana con marcadores paramagnéticos; c) poner en contacto las moléculas diana marcadas con el soporte sólido; d) activar un campo magnético por medio del cual las moléculas marcadas son atraídas hacia el soporte sólido; e) lavar el soporte e invertir la polaridad del campo magnético para eliminar cualesquiera moléculas no unidas o unidas de forma no específica; y f) detectar las moléculas de ácidos nucleicos diana hibridadas.
