Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de un tapón de cierre mediante una prensa, que comprende un elemento superior de estanqueidad (1)destinado a ser enroscado en el cuello roscado (C)de un recipiente con collarín roscado de retención (A), y un elemento inferior de inviolabilidad (2) destinado de una parte a ser sujetado por dicho collarín (A) y de otra parte a dicho elemento (1) superior mediante una zona de unión (12) que está habilitada para al desenroscarse ser partida por lo menos parcialmente, cuyo elemento inferior (2) comprende una camisa lateral exterior prolongada en su parte inferior por una banda flexible (22) provista de salientes (22a), realizada mediante moldeo estando directamente orientada hacia el interior y hacia arriba de forma que no se someta en esa posición a ninguna tensión interna, caracterizado porque antes del enfriamiento de la banda flexible (22) se asiste y guía mecánicamente su retorno elástico a su posición natural de moldeo.
