Abstract

El invento se refiere a un tapon de rosca de plástico que consta de una parte de sellado; de eventuales medios de estanquidad agregados o incluidos a la parte de sellado; y, de una sola pieza con la parte de sellado, de un anillo de inviolabilidad. Segun el invento, el tapon cuenta con una zona frangible de la parte externa que permite su abertura al momento de desenroscar el tapon que llega por una parte al espacio vacío entre la parte externa y la falda, este espacio vacío está delimitado hacia abajo, en relacion con el sentido de desenroscado del tapon por un mínimo de una atadura no frangible al momento de desenroscar el tapon que pertenece a dichos medios de enlace, y por otra parte en una zona frangible, o un corte, o un solucion de continuidad de la parte interna para que la venda de inviolabilidad quede unida a la parte de sellado al momento de desenroscar el tapon.
