Abstract

Tapón roscado de plástico (1) que comprende una copa cilíndrica (2) provista de una rosca interior (6) y un anillo de prueba de manipulación (7) que está acoplado en el borde de la copa (2) mediante una pluralidad de puentes (8) que forman una línea de rotura (9), presentando dicho anillo (7) una pared sensiblemente más delgada que la pared (5) de la copa (2), y presentando dicho anillo (7) medios de retención (10, 20) para retenerlo debajo de una porción anular elevada (17) de un recipiente (18) en el que se coloca el tapón, caracterizado por el hecho de que las incisiones (18, 19) están formadas en el lado exterior de dicho anillo de prueba de manipulación (7) mediante una máquina de corte provista de una cuchilla, dichas incisiones (18, 19) no atraviesan todo el espesor del anillo (7) y permiten una expansión radial elástica del anillo (7) dirigida hacia fuera del anillo (7), de manera que sobrepasa dicha porción anular elevada (17) durante la colocación del tapón (1) en el recipiente (16), y simultáneamente con una soldadura de la base del anillo (7) dirigida hacia el interior.
